I have been utilizing Total Eyecare for several years to monitor my vision and eye health. I am very grateful for the physicians especially Dr. Aggarwal who administered the most thorough eye exam I have ever had a few years ago. I returned in November/ December of 2025 for a full examination and refraction. While Dr. Aggarwal was as professional and knowledgeable as ever I was a little concerned about my eye refraction ( which assists in determining a prescription for glasses or contacts). The technician was polite enough but didn't seem to follow the typical process that I have experienced for the last 50 years or longer. The result was significantly different from my previous prescription. I just picked up my glasses today so I will not say whether it was accurate...it may be due to aging and significant life changes in the last 3 years. The lady ( Angie) in the optical shop was extremely helpful and patient. She suggested several frames and lens options to address my specific needs and she was very positive. It's difficult to find glasses when you can't see so her assistance was much appreciated. My only concern is the cost!!! Frames and lenses are expensive ... even with insurance. Excellent service and care!

I called to get an appointment scheduled on a Tuesday. I have ChampVA. The young lady Jennifer said she was unable to verify my insurance through the website. I gave her ChampVA's phone number and website address. She was supposed to call me back. I had to call back on Thursday to see why I had not received a call back. I was told that they weren't able to verify my insurance so they could not see me. Hmmm. I called ChampVA BEFORE I called this office and was told there were no issues with my coverage and my name was correct in their system since inception 2 years ago. I will not fight with an ophthalmologist office to take my insurance and see me. There are way too many options out there who will gladly accept my military insurance with no issues.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Lee for many years. He has provided excellent care to both of us. Any questions/concerns we may have are always addressed by Dr. Lee and he has taken care of my husband's multiple "unique" eye problems when they have arisen. My annual visits were always fairly free of issues; however, when it was time to address my cataracts he and his staff took excellent care of me! I have always been impressed with the eye care provided by this group and highly recommend them.
A big "thank you" to all of you at Total Eye Care for your years of service and, more recently, to the surgical staff in Waxahachie where Dr. Lee operated on my eyes!

This place is extremely poorly run. My senior-citizen mother had a 3:50 PM appointment and was not seen until 6:30 PM, which is well after the office's stated closing time of 5:00 PM. This level of disregard for patients' time, especially for elderly patients, is unacceptable. I strongly encourage anyone who values their time and expects basic professionalism to switch to a different eye doctor immediately.

As soon as I walked on the office, the ladies at the front desk was very professional and friendly. I got a chance to then see Pam W. and she had a pleasant smile. I have problems getting my eye pressure taken but not with her. She has a very calming voice and a lot of patience. She's always professional/knowledgeable and gives 120%.

I have been going to Total Eye Care in Duncanville for several years to see Dr. Andy Lee. I think the staff are awesome especially Ms. Pam, she's courteous and professional in whatever way she is assisting. I could give her 5 stars. The reason I can't give the business 5 stars is because of the way they schedule customers; it's always crowded and the wait time to see the doctor is absolutely ridiculous; 45 minutes or longer. I had an appointment at 4pm on yesterday and didn't even see a tech until 5ish; I waited another 45 minutes before seeing Dr. Lee for all of 15 minutes at the most. I was the last customer to leave the building. I appreciate his expertise and wish there was a way to improve the wait time for customers.

I live in Fort Worth, and I travel to this location for my hardware (frames and lenses). The care and customer service are phenomenal. I've had 3 pairs of prescription glasses filled, and all 3 I provided my own frames and there has never been an issue or a problem. I will keep coming back.
