HORRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER COMING BACK! Had an appointment at 11:30 am 8/27/24 wait was more that 3 hours went in for part of eye exam until 12:50 pm they dislated my eyes and still had 6 patients waiting to be seen in front of me. There were people that had 10:30am appointments that were still waiting to be seen at 1:30pn. Customer service was horrible Dr's assistants didn't seem very concerned with the wait time they were not empathetic with anyone. Not once did I hear anyone at least say sorry for the wait. SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE, go somewhere else for your vision needs!

i want to thank the whole staff from the reception all the way to the medical attention. I went for an evaluation with a serious concern about my eye health because of acute symptoms. They took my case as serious as i felt it was and had an integral evaluation. Wating time was very acceptable for me considering that every patient before me has different and sometimes complicated diagnostics. The clinic itself was clean, employees seem well organized and also very kind. I will have a follow up consult in two months. I am glad i went to the right clinic being new in the city. Will keep my ckeck ups here and will recommend. Congrats!

Hard to find a good Dr who actually hears you out and cares. Not sure her name but light complected young Dr Lady was super helpful to not only me BUT my 95 year old Father who can ask100 queations ,The Dr took the time to answer all our questions and gave us the best treatment options possible, vs just rushing us out, to go on to the next patient as we had experienced with another location and Dr.Thanks again Ultra Vision you definitely "OPENED OUR EYES LITTERATLY ON WHAT A GREAT DR AND TREATMENT should be!
