The lady at the front desk is super rude and not informative to the patients at all and don't get me started on the dude who helps you choose the frames he's so sassy and looks at people with pure disgust In his eyes and doesn't inform the patient either 0/10 please don't come here just go to the eye doctors at Walmart

Greatful for Dr. Gonzalez and his staff. He helped me during a really bad eye injury, and the staff was quick to get me seen, and guided me in getting some really good glasses. I am happy to say that I have officially become a patient of Dr. Gonzalez. No more America's Best.

Best Dr and office staff in all of Texas! I have used glasses and contacts for 20 years and have never had better service until this year when multiple coworkers raved about their experience. They are so thorough and helpful. It's a little far but totally worth it.

Great doctor! Very professional and Very good with kids. I have been coming to this dr since I was 9 years old. Now having my kids of my own started bringing them here.though the staff in the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. They have a bad attitude and don't know how to talk well yo customers

I have never been in a place when a doctor will help you that fast and efficiently, the staff was super helpful and friendly, fast and helped me even though I arrived at exactly 6 (that's the time they close) but after telling them how bad my eye was they decided to help me ( thank you ) Neither the doctor or any of the staff was annoyed because they had to stay longer, all of them were above and beyond to help me, and at the end, my insurance had some problems and wasn't going through, so I was expecting I would pay like $700/$900 ... but no, it was waaaaay less than that. I was like Long story short, they did a extraordinary work, very fast and really affordable. THANK YOU

First time at the office , I was very impressed with the entire staff and Doctor. Came in for a second opinion for swelling on my eye lid after a bug hit my eye lid. The first doctor apparently diagnosed wrong and treatment was making things worse. DR. Gonzalez did a through evaluation of the eye. Diagnosed allergic reaction to the bug . Gave me meds for the eye to reduce the swelling and help with the pain and itching.. Thanks you to you and your wonderful staff for making my experience so pleasant..

The employees have no consideration for the health of others around them. The manager was sick at work and today is out with covid yet no coworkers who were around her have masks.They currently have 3 workers sick, coughing around the office hardly covering themselves, all while serving the elderly, children, and people who can have compromised immune systems. When brought to the doctors attention he asked me if i wanted a mask which I appreciate but the issue is with the sick employees who dint wear maska when around clients and machinery. Though covid is no longer considered an epidemic safety practices should still be considered important for the safety of our kids, eldery, and overall community. Today I was disappointed in the Doctor and staff at Eye Valley Care who have been letting these gross loose health practices go on. Please consider twice entering if you have a compromise immune system
