I brought my grandfather to his appointment and they treated him so nice! The young lady in pink was very attentive and informative. I appreciated the fact that she spoke Spanish. Highly recommend for the Hispanic community

I found this clinic online, and after reading the great reviews, decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised to get a same-day appointment when I called, which I didn't expect. The exam was very thorough, never rushed, and Dr. Thompson explained each step along the way so I always knew what was happening. She took the time to go over the results, made sure I understood everything about my vision, and asked which type of glasses I might be most interested in, mentioning that I could always change my mind later if needed. Dr. Thompson also informed me about a new treatment and offered a sample, but after talking it through together, she gave her honest opinion that it probably wasn't in my best interest due to other health concerns. What really stood out to me was that there was absolutely no sales pitch -- not even for sunglasses or add-ons -- which I've experienced at other optometrist offices. It was refreshing to have a visit focused entirely on my eye health and comfort. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this clinic.

Really upset to write a bad review as everyone was very nice. But I had gotten an eye infection and decided to try out Moninger to receive help. After 5 weeks and a visit a week, my symptoms not only didn't go away, but they got worse! It took me going to another eye doctor for them to tell me there was no reason I should have been taking all the medicine prescribed. Fast forward another 3 weeks and my eye is finally healing but still not recovered and I get an invoice from them. I understand needing to pay but it's quite aggravating getting charged an invoice for their "help" weeks later. Following up 6 months later I have receive yet another invoice for some reason. This is ridiculous and I will be taking action.

They only received a 4 because for some reason we had to wait 1hr and 15 min for my 0930 appointment. Let me also say this, in my experience here, was a one off and not the usual. I do wish that they would have offered us some sort of explanation for the delay. The waiting room was totally full and they finally brought out some chairs for the 5 of us that were standing. Once I was called back the appointment went as usual. Very attentive and courteous. Dr. Moninger did not rush the appointment and took time for me to ask questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Moninger and his practice.

Very happy with Dr. Moninger and his staff. Been a patient for years, even before his time with his father-in-law. His medical staff is great, too. A little short staffed this time, but squeezed me in before end of year. THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!! Office staff might offer option of saying, "We have a new computer system, do you mind helping us by filling out paperwork to help us transition your files." Just a suggestion. Otherwise all is good!

I Had cataract surgery on both eyes and had an awesome experience with Dr Thompson as my surgeon. She was very personable and very knowledgeable. The surgeries were a walk in the park with no issues. I would highly recommend her. The staff at this office is very professional and friendly. I am glad that I chose Moninger Eye Care for my procedure.

My first visit with Dr Moninger was wonderful. The front office staff were very friendly. The check in process was easy. Everyone I met was smiling and I could tell they enjoyed working for Moninger Eye Care. Both Dr Moninger and his associate consulted together to come up with a plan for my eye issue. It was like getting a second opinion at the same office visit. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to to Dr.Moninger for years. The staff was friendly and helpful. I feel they are thorough and keep up-to-date on the newest information in their field. They have an updated system which warranted filling out new forms. Both my husband and I were due for 12:30. I am always early to fill out forms if necessary. I was surprise the office was closed for lunch until 12:30. There were about 3 patients waiting outside for it to open, but the kindness and consideration overrode my dislike waiting in the car until it opened.
