I am grateful for the exceptional care my little girl received from Dr. Jacklyn Alaquinez. From the moment she walked in, her kindness and patience were evident. She took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable during the entire appointment, which I truly appreciated. The entire staff was also amazing so welcoming and professional. we had everything we needed. It's not every day you find a healthcare provider who truly cares and makes the experience enjoyable, especially for little ones. Highly recommend Dr. Alaquinez and her wonderful team! Post 9/16/25: I had an eye appointment at Hill Country Vision Center yesterday 9/15/25. I was charged the wrong copay amount- an entire $70- instead of the $10 that was actually due. I paid in cash. My husband realized their mistake and contacted them in order to get a reimbursement for the amount they overcharged. They did not make this an easy process for him, and wound up contacting me to say that my husband was incorrect. After quite a bit more back and forth, they finally agreed to refund the amount they overcharged, saying that they would mail me a check in 10 days. I requested that I be able to go to their office and pick up cash, since I paid in cash. They refused. Update 9/23/25: I followed the instructions on their reply to my post offering to fix the issue. I never heard back from them.

Everyone was kind and professional. However, my eye exam and two pair of glasses made with my frames were $1,600.00. Then I could not see out of the glasses clearly. Do not recommend this company.
