Elizabeth had the patience it to deal with the insurance company. She was extremely helpful and explained all my options. The eye exam was thorough and the pricing is very reasonable.

When I first came to America's Best in Flower Mound, I was very impressed -- everyone treated me wonderfully, and I left feeling happy with my choice. Unfortunately, my experience when I came back to pick up my glasses was the complete opposite. The receptionist who helped me was extremely dismissive. She set my glasses in front of me, told me to "try them on," and didn't bother to ask any questions or show much care at all. When I asked for my prescription, she acted like it was a burden and handed it to me without so much as a smile. Another staff member avoided eye contact with me the entire time I was waiting, which only added to how uncomfortable the situation felt. I went from feeling excited about finding a new eye care provider to feeling ignored, unwelcome, and disappointed. Sadly, because of how I was treated, I won't be returning here nor will I refer any of my friends or family members.

I ordered glasses from the Denton location and kept having issues with the fit of my new frames. On my way to work, I stopped by this location and they were so incredibly attentive and helpful. They were pretty busy, but I was in no rush. I didn't get his name, but a nice gentleman helped me fix my issue quickly!

I ordered 2 pair of glasses in June-one was a pair of prescription sunglasses and the other regular glasses. When I tried on the regular glasses I immediately noticed a problem with the right lens-everything was blurry so after wearing it a day I returned to the Flower Mound store. I explained the problem to Dana and she correctly diagnosed the problem with the progressive lenses. The line between the distance portion and the reading portion of the lenses was too high. She spent 30-35 minutes with me resolving the problem. Even though Dana had to reorder a new pair of glasses( meaning another 2 week wait) I was very impressed with their service. America's Best acknowledged the problem and resolved it. I was very impressed with their customer service.

I just want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Dana, Elizabeth, Mitchell and the rest of the staff at America's Best Contact and Eyeglasses. They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It was my first time in the store and due to unexpected circumstances something happened with my glasses and they immediately started working to fix the situation. The kind of accountability they took I have not seen often in my 54 years. So I highly recommend them and I'm sure every location would do the same but a BIG THANK YOU to Dana and her incredible staff at America's Best on Long Prairie in Flower Mound! You truly are the BEST!!

It was my first time here. I was in and out. The customer service was great. A special thank you to miss joe. She made my experience a great one. She was lots of fun and even help me pick out two pairs of glasses. I will definitely be coming here for now on for my eye exams and glasses

A friend recommended me this place, my first experience was in Carrolton location, excellent service and my contacts arrived on time. About this place on Flower Mound I placed an order on Jan 6th, 2 weeks after I went to check if they received them due to I haven't received any text messages, they told me they will be arriving "some day this week" "soon". I went back on January 29, and they did not have my lenses so I requested a refund, make me think they never placed my order. Hate leaving 1 star, but I want to share my experience with everyone

I recently had a very poor experience at my long time optical (15 yrs) which went corporate this year. Having paid $300+ for lenses that were incorrectly made. They offered a correction at MY expense. I decided to take my business elsewhere My choice was America's Best in Flower Mound. What a day and night experience! I was able to get a quick appt, had a very thorough exam, and the customer experience was just wonderful, from exam to selection of new frames. Staff were so fun to work with, and Jo (Joquel) was just the best! She was so fun and patient with finding me just the right frames that make me smile . She also worked up multiple pricing options that were within my budget, and less than the cost of the correction quoted at my now OLD optical office. This was hands down the most fun and enjoyable part of my day, and I can't wait for my new glasses to arrive! Thanks Jo
