If you're looking for someone who is competent and efficient then this is your guy. If you're needing a little more hand-holding (which is fine) and explanation than you're probably better served at a full service stand alone clinic. Keep in mind, you will you most likely be charged more as they have staff and that gorgeous clinic to pay for. If this isnt your first rodeo and you appreciate a no-nonsense approach to eye care then this is probably a good fit for you.

"Response to your completely incorrect reply to my review, which attempts to discredit my experience and rewrite the narrative:"
1) Repeating that you have been providing "exceptional service for 25+ years" does not negate my experience in any way. That is simply a claim you are making without any verification. I am speaking only about my experience, so it would be appropriate for you to address my specific concerns instead of giving a generic response.
2) At no point did you explain any diagnosis or treatment plan. As I mentioned, all you did was hand me a piece of paper saying I needed glasses and give me coupons for CVS eye drops--without any reason, explanation, plan, or guidance on how to improve my condition.
3) Asking you about the frequency of eye drops and the pain in my eyes is not a "medical question," as you are trying to portray it. These are the basics of your profession. You could simply acknowledge that you never answered those basic questions instead of misrepresenting the situation by claiming I asked you numerous "medical questions."
4) I did not receive a single voicemail, missed call, or text message from you. So I have no idea where your claims of "detailed messages" and "15 emails" come from. Please just admit that you never responded to my messages until today, and that you were done with me after charging $85 for a rushed eye exam because you had other patients booked at the same time.
5) Once again, you are comparing yourself to larger offices and doctors without any proof--just self-promotion. I do not care whether your office is big or small. I care about whether you treated me with care and whether you took even one minute after billing to answer my questions. The answer is no.
You already communicated some of this over email, but by writing even more false statements here and trying to make me seem incorrect, you have left me no choice but to respond. I regret coming to your office even more now. As people often say, when a business has near-perfect reviews, something is usually off--either negative reviews are removed or the reviewer is discredited with false claims, exactly as you are doing.
I hope you are satisfied with your other 300 positive reviews and will stop sending me so many emails and long responses after I posted mine. If you had spent even one-tenth of this effort answering my basic questions, showing care or empathy, or conducting the exam properly, we would not be having this conversation.
That's all I have to say. You may continue spreading falsehoods if you wish.

I had a very unpleasant experience overall and would not recommend this place. You are treated more like a number than a patient. It seems Dipak books patients in 15-minute slots and rushes you from start to finish. He becomes impatient and annoyed while asking you to read, switching glasses every few seconds, and once the exam is over, there isn't even 15 seconds of discussion about the results because the next patients are already waiting.
Even afterward, when you email with questions, there is no response for weeks. The clinic itself is small, cramped, and congested. To save money, he seems to run the entire operation alone -- receptionist, nurse, secretary, and doctor -- which makes the whole experience feel like a quick in-and-out car wash rather than proper medical care.
For $85, spending less than 10 minutes with no meaningful explanation is simply not worth it, especially when it comes to something as important as your eye health. I do not recommend this place at all.
Always quick and to the point, prescriptions are always perfect, questions are always discussed. I been there over the last 5 years and is one of easiest visits you'll ever book.

Extremely annoying behavior. I booked an appointment for a Saturday and was on a work trip that week. I was hounded for insurance over multiple calls and emails and when I eventually called to give the number, my appointment was cancelled. I had told him that I would share it prior to the appointment. There are multiple places where I have given my insurance during check in or on the day of the appointment. The continued emails and calls were irritating and reeked of a lack of understanding and maturity even though I had communicated my stance.
Quick and easy, was seen on time with little hassle and had my insurance information taken care of ahead of time. Also had to reschedule because he let me know my insurance wasn't going to cover the visit because it hadn't been a year since my last visit I appreciated the heads up and rescheduled
I've been coming to this location for a few years now and Dr Master is great. Always fast and friendly and makes the eye exams easy.
My visit to this location was very streamlined starting with the sign in process through check up all the way to the exit. The optometrist was professional, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything clearly, and the equipment felt modern and clean. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing eye care and maintenance.
Dr Masters was wonderful ! Answered all questions and was very transparent .. would recommend him to my closest friends! Happy Holiday s
