Lakeside Eye Care

I have been a patient of Dr. Mirabal for two years after being referred by a friend for dry eyes. My experience with Dr. Mirabal has been nothing but great. Both he and his staff are very personable and have made me feel welcome. Dr. Mirabal is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and is great about explaining everything in detail. His staff is very knowledgeable as well. I recently had a newly advanced surgery on my eyes which has significantly improved my vision. Thanks to Dr. Mirabals knowledge and interest in caring for my eyes, he made this possible for me. Dr Mirabal has been closely involved in this process and has provided great follow up care to ensure the best recovery for my eyes.

Dr Mirabal ran a series of eye tests and his assistant explained in detail every thing that was happening and reviewed my results. I was then seen by Dr. Mirabel who explained my results again and examined my eyes! He reviewed all the meds that were currently being prescribed and then made some changes. He was never in a rush and explained specifics when I had questions! He explained the "why" showing my results and recommended 4 sessions of IPL. In my sessions he did IPL, RF and also gland expression in the first session. While I was there he also treated my rosacea. He's given my eyes relief. I'm still susceptible to flares when exposed to smoke from fires, heaters and strong winds. He informed me that other than this my eyes are absolutely healthy! The IPL is pricey but if it gives me relief, then it's worth it! I feel so comfortable asking him questions and he is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. His office staff is exceptionally helpful and positive also.

It's always good seeing Dr Mirabal. He and his staff are lways so nice. I am glad I found a great Optometrist in Flower Mound.

The appointment is aways done in a timely fashion with minimal to no delay. Very courteous front desk staff. Strongly recommended the doctor!!

Excellent care! Dr. Mirabal explains every procedure done from the testing, exam, and the results of the testing. I had a minor procedure that was taken care of quickly.
