Amazing and awesome!!! This is by far the best eye exam I've ever had, and I've worn glasses or contacts for 40 years. Dr Patel was truly great! I've never met a doctor that explains things as well as Dr. Patel does. It's like he knows exactly how to convey information in a concise yet detailed manner so I understand it perfectly. I feel comfortable asking questions and he is very patient and thorough when answering them. You can tell he is taking his time to meet each patient's needs and there is no rushing you out of there with unanswered questions. I immediately felt comfortable in his care as he is very kind and considerate. He even jokes around, making my appointments feel fun. The front desk staff are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to comfortably ask as many questions as necessary when choosing my very first pair of glasses and did not feel rushed through the process. In fact, everyone I've come into contact with in this office has been great. The office itself is very nice and clean.
