Vision Partners of Flower Mound

I called and made the appointment after specifically asking if they had the davis vision collective where i would have the whole frames covered by insuarance they said yes and said that they required a certain test after the test they then tell me they no longer have the vision line available, the frames are iver priced i picked the cheapest frames and they up charged me 200 without telling me what it was when i protested and told them i only cane for the davis vision collection they dropped the price to 50 after testing 100. They need to be more transparent very misleading i would have never came this far out for their glasses nor taken time off from work, ridiculous

Fantastic spot to get your exam. Dr Luke Crader is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. My sight is always better after annual visits. If you were there over a year ago the front of house has changed and become stellar! They are so friendly and helpful now. I felt completely at ease choosing frames and had exemplary help from Jacob. He is top notch h and I hope he will be there for years to come.

August 9, 2024 - Jacqueline was super helpful with letting me know the difference in my options when it comes to pricing and my insurance and also helped me pick out frames for my glasses and sunglasses. Would highly recommend to others and would come back!!

I had an exceptional experience here! I had an irritation on my right eye and I needed to see a doctor ASAP. Miss Nicole answered the phone and was able to get me in same day. Her flexibility and patience in setting up my appointment was greatly appreciated. Heading to the building, it was easy to find with clear signs and easy access! Once I walked in, the office was clean and organized. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming! Nicole's warm welcome greeted me upon entering and paperwork was clear and easy to complete online (I did mine prior to arriving). Dr. Crader was super nice too! He treated me like an old regular even though I was new. His aura was calm and patient while he talked with me about my concerns. He immediately knew how to address my irritation and gave clear, simple instructions and what to expect! I walked out knowing I have found my new vision place. I set up my annual exam (since I am in need of one anyways) and can't wait to visit the office again next month. Thank you to Nicole, Dr. Crader, and the whole staff! See yall soon!

Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and kind. They even went as far as to adjust glasses of mine I'd gotten years ago from another spot. Very happy with my glasses and my experience with Vision Partners!

I came here to get new glasses as mine were no longer letting me see clearly. They told me about Progressive Lenses and after trying them out, I was amazed at how well they worked for me. I was able to use them both inside and outside without having to change glasses every time I went out. I highly recommend Vision Partners to anyone wanting a new pair of glasses. They're the best!?!

Had an exceptional experience at this practice. Dr. Hargrove knows her stuff and provided an insight about my vision I've not received before. The office setup is warm and inviting, and the frame selection is modern. I choose a frame in under 5 minutes, perhaps it was the confidence in my vision after my visit with the doctor or the selection of frames was just the right amount and style, that made the process easy. I recommend trying out the office, you will be happy that you did.

We were helped by an angel today!! We were looking for a doctor that would take our insurance. The receptionist was so helpful. She took our information and called the Denton Optometry where the doctor was working. She helped us get our insurance through, and squeezed us in before the end of the work day. Thank you so much. Highly recommended and will be the only place we go for our eye care needs
