Great experience! The staff was extremely friendly, from the moment I walked through the doors. They were prompt in getting my appointment started on time. The doctor was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be returning!

They are amazing! D'Andre is my favorite person ever. Dr. Porter was out but Dr. Master filling in and he was incredible as well. I'm the worst at going to appointments but when they treat you so kindly it's makes it easy to go back.

This is such a great office! The doctor takes her time and is very informative. They sent me a refund check when my insurance paid more than expected, which confirmed their professionalism. I also noticed that she is very good with kids while I was waiting! I'll be back for sure.

I hope a ton of folks read this review. I have been ABSOLUTELY STUNNED with the excellent customer service. Dr. Porter knows her stuff. She is kind and helpful and patient. I tried a different eye doctor in Highland Village.. it was a horrible experience. actually worse than horrible. My daughter and wife had gone to Dr. Porter and said (when they heard me complaining about the experience in highland village) that I should try Dr Porter. I did and WOW- awesome. There is no better eye doctor in the DFW area. I can guarantee you that! I do not write many review, but when I do, trust when I say- this is the only place you want to go, if you are interested in wearing the best possible contacts or glasses- she will spend the time to test your eyes and make the changes until you are comfortable and can see like you want to see. Oh, and patience she was for sure blessed with. I was asking a ton of questions.. a TON and she answered all of them and I never felt rushed or like she was annoyed. Dr Porter, you are doing a great job! Keep it up!

Dr. Porter and her staff were super friendly and the eye exam very thorough but quick! Was the best eye doctor appointment I've had, since I started wearing glasses 9 years ago! Will be back next year!

As always, my experience at Dr Porters' office was excellent. The exam was very thorough, I was informed of the results of the exam and any questions answered and explained clearly. The staff is always friendly and very courteous.

Doctor Porter was wonderful. I came in half blind due to a cut on my eye and she was kind, patient and quick. Was able to pencil me in and got me taken care of ASAP. Coming back for my annual exam for my new glasses once I'm all healed up. 10/10 would recommend

Everyone was very nice, service was quick and efficient. Was very pleased with the doctor, their equipment was top notch, the office was clean. I will definitely go back and recommend Dr. Porter.
