Eyecare Of Greenville

Staff is nice but altogether not very helpful. Went to get prescription checked+ contacts and no one explained anything to me about how to put them in/take them out. I went back to try and order a different brand to try and they said I needed to make an appointment again. When I tried to call multiple times I had to leave messages and they never got back to me.

Don't waste your time with Dr Ciminara

We've been patient's at Eyecare of Greenville for many years & have always been treated very well by not only the wonderful Docs but also the incredible women that work the front desk & assist the Doctors. I do however want to give an extra shout-out to Crystal who was able to go above & beyond for my teenage son's contacts. She has saved the day for his driving test & his last baseball tourney of the summer. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Highly recommend, I have been using this practice for over 10 years. Dr.Coble is very professional, thorough and has great bed side manners. I've also seen other dr. Juarez and Dr. Stone at this practice and you really can't go wrong with choosing which doctor to see. The staff is very professional, and I love there inventory of glasses.

I wasn't asked if I wanted to purchase my glasses there but the tech assisting me offered me no choice. So I thought " I'll just get them here." The 2nd pair she picked out I hated. I said no but she insisted they " are adorable." She told me I needed to get out of my comfort zone and be more snazzy. I purchased them and returned 20 minutes later and told her I did not like the frame. First she said they were already ordered , then stated " well you'll have to wait , I'm with someone else now. Unsure if she realized how rude she told me that , she again insisted " you'll love them just wait ." She said she'd call when they arrived. After the period she told me to expect them , I called them. " Yes they're here." When I put them on I said again , I don't like them. Again I was brushed off with how adorable they were. I made a call back today telling I can't wear them , they're horrible. I was promised a call right back. It never came. I am out 500.00 glasses I will NEVER wear. I blame myself for not being more assertive , but how strong did I need to be ?

The worst experience I have ever had! The eye exam was ridiculous and the optometrist told me he didn't recommend glasses said they wouldn't help, told me I was almost blind! I have worn glasses for over 50 yrs and never had any problems! Got my prescription and left, went to an optometrist in Rockwall the next day had my eyes exam again and can see great now. The prescription from Eyecare of Greenville was so far off if I had gotten it I would be literally walking into walls. Don't waste your time or money with this unqualified optometrist!!

I could not be happier with my experience at Eyecare of Greenville. They were all friendly and super efficient! I didn't even have to wait in the lobby for my appointment. The eye doctor was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I am excited to have found them!

The most pleasant visit my special need son has ever had in his life and he's seen hundreds of doctors,thousands of nurses and assistant ,they made him relax which he usually panics and won't speak but for the first time in 20 yrs of visits the was the first time he was relaxed and talkative at any doctors office. It was totally due to the staff.
