Extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I received my new lenses and within one day they were scratched -- despite being handled carefully and cleaned properly. When I contacted the office, I was shocked to find out they refused to replace or repair them without charging me full price for new lenses. Every reputable optical provider offers at least basic lens scratch protection or a courtesy remake within the first 30 days, and this office chose not to stand behind their product or their patients. The lack of support, empathy, and accountability is unacceptable. Because of how this situation was handled, I am preparing to file a formal complaint with the State Board of Optometry so they can review this office's policies and patient care practices. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this location to ask very specific questions about warranties, remakes, and their responsibility for product quality -- because none of that was communicated to me, I was quoted $200+ after i paid for all the top tier coatings and material initially.

UPDATE TWO: so though they are very old-school, though they are only open four days a week, and though their phones weren't really answered. The actual doctor and receptionist or secretary associate are fantastic. Really knowledgeable and the optometrist or eye doctor really does care. She's super sweet and knows her stuff! She is our new eye doctor.!!! UPDATE ONE: I finally got through. Was able to make the two appointments that I needed to. Anytime I tried to say anything that was other than the questions she was asking me she'd cut me off. So pretty rude, but I understand you have other things to do. Still rude though. Was able to make two appointments. I will make a second update after my appointment. OG REVIEW: Pretty ticked off. Not only are they only open four days a week their receptionist is rude. I got hung up on OR they decided the person calling in was more important and switched over the line. I've called 15 times and keep getting their "the mailbox is full" automated message. I am FURIOUS. My wife has come here and said the actual doctor was great. Well that doesn't help me if their receptionist isn't going to do their job. I can't help it. I have a very busy schedule and a toddler, and y'all are only open four days a week. Be patient. I expected YALL to call me back now or I'll take my business elsewhere. Dr Han Vo and Dr Danh are the best. Our family choose them for our eyes care. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Vo and his staff are wonderful. I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years, and in my experience, I have never had a more thorough and communicative eye exam. He explained everything and even took the time to educate me on my eye health and what I can do to help maintain them. At no point did I ever feel rushed to get the appointment over with like I have at larger, chain-style eye doctors. And he made me feel like he actually cares about his patients. Plus, I love being able to give my money to a small, family business. This is my family's eye doctor for life, now.

I have been coming here for years now and it had always been a great service and a wonderful experience. Most recently today my daughter was going to make her visit alone for the first time and I had her call and book her appointment when Beatriz and the other person working in the front desk did not want to help her with the insurance side of her appointment. They advised she would have to call BCBS on her own and then provide the information. They did not bother to ask her for the group number or ID # of her insurance. When my daughter did call BCBS they informed her they should not be having her call since the plan information is internal. It took me calling to clarify things for them to assist her. Not professional at all.

Elite Eyecare is excellent! Dr. Vo is the best eye doctor I have had. My glasses and contacts are always on point. Dr Vo and his staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend him!!

I dont do reviews often but when I get wow customer service you have to let people know how appreciative you are so others follow or continue the service. The Dr. Mrs is really great she truly seems to care ,I can go into detail but it's best to try for yourself.

Very poor customer service their doctors don't take UHC for Medicare age patients their eyewear is all designer and over priced not a place for seniors or low income customers very unfortunate they were very good to me when I was with an employer now I'm not a desirable customer
