Walmart Vision & Glasses

They were so nice. I went in to see if they could fix my dad's glasses. She took them in the back and came back all fixed. No charge! I highly recommend them.

These ladies that work here are just the best! They are so nice and have made my glasses buying experience so easy. They even fixed my glasses after I almost broke them. Highly recommend!

Lisa was amazing today! I have been buy the Vision Center there to have my glasses adjusted. Today, she was able to get me a more permanent fix. Thank Lisa for the amazing customer service!!!

I recently stopped by the Vision center and spoke with Lisa about issues I was having with my eyes and wanted to look into Having some readers made for day-to-day use. Lisa and her staff Were so easy to work with, They patiently helped me go through dozens of frames to look for the style that was perfect for me as well as finding me the perfect lenses so that it was easier for me to work at my office on my computer without strain on my eyes. The staff was great to work with and they were courteous, kind and patient while I picked the perfect frames! I sure appreciate how friendly and down to earth they are when i pass by and say hello while shopping. Great job, Lisa!! You and the tearm are Awesome! Debbie was amazing! She helped fit my glasses that I had purchased in Oklahoma. She did not care that I didn't purchase my frames from her or at her store. She was friendly, helpful and my glasses now fit perfectly without sliding off my nose. I will be back in soon to see Debbie to get a spare pair of glasses. Excellent customer service and much appreciated.

If it were not for my experience today I would have given them 5 stars. The first 3 times we have delt with the staff here it has been amazing. But tonight when I went to purchase my husbands glasses, the lady working asked me if I was there to pick up and I told her no, I was there to pay for my husbands order that was on hold. Y''all she literally ROLLED HER EYES at me. It caught me so off guard I actually said back to her, "If now is not a good time for you I can come back tomorrow." She responded "No, it's fine. I'm just going to have to completely redo your entire order." I looked at her in complete shock. Seeing the shock on my face she finally asked what name the order was under. When I told her the name, which is long and difficult, she ROLLED HER EYES AGAIN!!! I am just floored and I'm standing there trying to figure out what is happening and she asked me to spell the name again. I then decided I would just go back tomorrow on Saturday and let the other people who work there take care of me, because the rest of them are amazing. As I was walking off she hollered at me, "ma'am I found your order and all you have to do it pay." I did not turn around or go back. All the while thinking - I knew it would be that easy, not sure why she felt it was going to be such a terrible ordeal. Perhaps just don't go on a Friday afterwork. The employee that works there or at least the one that did on 9/5/25 has some serious room for growth.
