Dr. Bachman and her staff are amazing. Today was my son's first eye examination. I was very nervous on how the exam may go with him being younger and on the autism spectrum, however Dr. Bachman and her staff were so supportive, patient and kind . They made the exam a breeze. He was very happy at the end of the appointment and picked out "golden glasses" that he is very excited to get . Thank you Dr. Bachman and staff for making not only my day but making my son's first eye exam a positive experience .

The doctor was great during the initial visit -- very knowledgeable and friendly. But when I started having issues with my glasses, I was told it was just my eyes needing to adjust. Six months later, the problem hasn't changed. I called again, and no one ever got back to me. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up and accountability lost not just me, but my entire family as patients. Disappointed.
Finally got a call said 6 mths passed
But I was talking to somwone and she did nothing.
