Dr. Andres Parra, TJ & Veronica were polite every one else needs to work on their Art of Care. Also all patients including self didnt learn it was their last day to have an office in Hondo Tx until everyone overheard it . The poorest way to learn no longer in business. It was obvious they didnt care about their patients.

The whole staff is very friendly and anxious to serve each patient to the highest standards. I am so thankful for these doctors and staff willing to come to Hondo or Castroville to care for those of us unable to drive on the busy highways and streets of San Antonio. God bless you everyone.

Overall great experience. I understand as a satellite office, there are quite a few patients to see. Only suggestion is to space some appointments to prevent 2 hour waits. Love the staff and Dr. Bui

Not used to having to wait between each station being sent through. Had I not been retired I would probably be concerned about being away from work longer than expected. Just something for you to think about. My experience over all was fine.

Dr Burns and staff were great, however I was very disappointed that I could not get a printout of my glass prescription so I could get new glasses. I was told I had to pay $50 to get it. I will notpay for a script. Even thou service was great I will not be going back. Linda Finger

The Hondo staff appear to be good. However, the few times I have been there they seem to be about an hour later or more before you get to see the Dr. They need to do a better job of scheduling. Most if not all the other Dr. offices I go to do a much better job of scheduling. I do like the text messaging of reminders which they do which is great.

Receptionist was insensitive I can not wear mask do to breathing issues I was told to sit outside in hot heat, waited 1/2 hr outside before called in. Then Tech had a short attitude when I questioned the whys of what she told when surgeon told me differently. However on the good side. The Dr. was fabulous gentle and kind answered all my questions very professional. Facility was very clean. Upon leaving there were 2 people sitting in waiting room without masks. NOT OUTSIDE like me.
