Everyone from the lady who got me signed in (T'nhia), to the doctor (Sidhu), to the manager himself (Jared) was extremely welcoming and super informative. It had been awhile since coming in, and I am so glad I did!!!! Best eye experience hands down.

The doctor was exceptional. The staff was just ok. My glasses that were purchased were not what was expected. The glasses were received from the vendor bent out of shape. The staff tried reshaping them but to no avail. I paid a total of $150 but refuse to go back to get them corrected. The saying goes....you get what you pay for I guess.

I had a very disappointing experience with American Best. I brought my glasses in for a measurement, and the associate, Yasmine, assured me that she would return my original lenses, but that did not happen. Despite my complaints to the manager, he also claimed to have witnessed the return of the lenses, which was not the case.
I request that they review the security footage to clarify the situation and resolve this issue fairly. This lack of transparency has caused significant distrust and frustration.
I hope they address this matter promptly and resolve it as soon as possible.
Terrible service from the baker at the shop; look for better places to trust.

We went in and visited the America's Best, Humble location today 10/4/25. For it to be a busy & quite hectic Saturday. The staff were very professional, cooperative, and patient. They kept us inforned on wait tmes and the order in which customers were being served. Our optician Deiny was an absolute delight. Her meticulous nature, personable attitude, kind demeanor, and how knowledgeable she was is quite impressive. We'll definitely be repeat customers.
