I had a great experience at the Atascocita location in Humble, TX! Sandra, the tech, was very professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam process. She explained everything clearly and made the visit smooth and stress-free. Mie was also amazing. She went over my insurance benefits in detail, explained what was covered, and made sure I understood all my options. She helped me pick out a really nice pair of glasses that I absolutely love! I truly appreciated her patience and helpful attitude. The customer service at this location was excellent, and the whole team made my visit a positive experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

We reached out to several vision places in our area and we were lucky when Lakeisha answered the phone at America's Best. She didn't immediately put us on hold and to our surprise she had an appointment the same day. Dr. Tran gave excellent descriptions of what was going on with my eyes and she and V. assisted me in wearing contacts for the first time with a lot of patients and guidance. Zariah wrapped things up afterwards. We had a great experience here and would recommend this entire staff to anyone in need of vision care in the area. Thanks for everything.

Lakeisha and Mei were extremely helpful with explaining the final cost of everything after the exam for the eyeglasses promotion. Both were very respectful and helped with all my questions and concerns. Very good customer service. The optometrist was also very quick to get me in at my appointment time and explained the change of my vision during the visit.

Went for an eye exam with my dad as i hadnt had one in over 10 years and might i say it was a great experience! From the minute i walked into the door, the receptionist/vision screener Viviana, i believe was her name, was so kind and the sweetest ever! She made me feel so comfortable and felt like i was having a conversation with my best friend! The actual doctor was running a bit late however started grabbing from the wrong side of the files and ended up taking a person which came after us, but Viviana quickly noticed and squared things away for us to go in immediately. 5 star customer service for her Also loved Lakeisha! I was looking at different frames and she helped me with the one frame i had already fell in love with and then noticed i love having frames to match my outfits and found me the perfect frame to have interchangeable pieces to match my outfits! Absolutely love the options i picked out and beyond impressed with the customer service that my father and I experienced today. Thank you americas best for providing me with different options as im a first time eyeglasses owner and was worried how id look. Super excited to pick up my two pairs in a couple of weeks! Thank you Americas Best!

LaKeisha is the BEST! So kind, so helpful and very professional. She answered all of my questions without hesitation. She made the entire experience a breeze. I will definitely be returning! I will bring my husband and children when it's their time to get exams and glasses.
