Mann Eye Institute: Morello Matthew C OD

I ended up at another location. I called prior to my appointment time of 10:30 am, spoke with someone on the phone, and was assured that if I arrived by 10:45 am I would be fine. I arrived at 10:45 am to be greeted by a lady at the front desk who was not welcoming at all. Problem: I started to check in and was advised that the counselor was not there today so they would only be doing the exam. It was an inconvenience because no one advised me of that when I called to ask if I should reschedule or if I would be fine to go to the location and check in. The assistant started saying well you are 20 minutes late. Again, I was 15 minutes late and was assured that it would not be a problem over the phone. She immediately caught an attitude after she spent five minutes telling me that they were short staffed and about call outs. She then called the doctor and was apparently told that I would have to reschedule. It is ridiculous that they did not notify me of anything prior and represented that it was my fault for not being seen although the person I was there to see was not at work.

My first visit went great; however my second visit the following week was absolutely awful. Truthfully I think They forgot I was in the patient room. I was alone in there for about 30 minutes, then when I got up to ask "where's my doctor", they told me I'd have to wait another 15 minutes! DONT waste your time at this location, I went to the one in the woodlands, and it's 100% better.
