Beware of the Atascocita location. I got an exam and ordered a year supply of contacts. They said they would call me when the contacts were ready to be picked up. over 2 months later I called, and they said they must have forgotten, but that my contacts were there. My wife drove over 30 minutes to pick them up, but when she got there, they claimed the contacts had already been picked up. The receptionist said she would talk to her manager, who wasn't there at the time but call me in an hour. I called back 3 hours later and she said she would talk to the manager right then and call me back. An hour later after no word I called back to which she said the manager was busy and she would call me tomorrow. They never called, so I called the next day. The receptionists said they still need to look into, and they would call me tomorrow. Honestly, you will find better service from a scam. I would love to never talk to them again, but they have $250 of mine.

In less than a week, they rescheduled my appointment 2 times, the first time, they waited until I showed up at the counter to tell me that their doctor had family emergency. They rescheduled it to 3 days later, again they called and wanted to reschedule with the same reason, don't they have more than one doctor at this location? My answer is "no thanks". I'm going to take my matter to different business who does a better job of taking care of their customers.
