Dr. Esmaeili was really nice, she has a calm and gentle voice. She very informative and attentive. Daisy was also really nice and friendly as easy to work with to figure out what option I wanted to go with in reference to glasses or contacts

If I could give 10 stars I would! From the moment I walked in and Ashley greeted me I felt welcome. She was/is so personable and sweet. I had the most fun trying on different frames with her. Their selection is huge, a wide variety of brands, and it was very difficult narrowing it down. And, I can't thank Joseph enough for teaching me something new about the glasses I've had for 4 years. He walked me through the exam process explaining every single step and eased my mind. He was highlarious and knowledgeable. Dr Cruz was so kind, gentle and informative. I learned something new from her as well. The entire process, from walking in to picking up my new frames a week later, was seamless and fun. I can't wait to return to get another pair.

I had a minus 10 and minus 17 in my prescription. I now can see 20/20 and had cataracts removed plus have the lenses implanted in both eyes. I am 60 years old and this is the best gift I could give myself! If you are nervous about surgery don't be! The staff here are amazing and Dr Hokopia (sp) did my surgery. I wake up every day still in amazement of how my life has changed!

I've been coming here for over 6 years and have been wearing glasses for 18 years and have never had an experience as negative as this one. The front desk girls and the doctor were super sweet and I was in and out in no time! However, when it was time to sit down and discuss frames, I was met with a very happy older lady with brown curly hair who upon hearing I wasn't going to purchase frames, instantly turned hostile and rude. She then tried to charge me $30 for an exam I did not consent to. She said I signed off on it when I checked in, I know I didn't, I asked to look at the papers I signed and sure enough there was no mention of this $30 exam. Which I knew, because l've been going there for years and never opt for that exam, which was shown in my records. She got really mad when she realized she couldn't scam me and I sat there for about 10 minutes before she finally gave in and charged me the appropriate amount. I get that they want to sell frames but when you automatically turn hostile, it doesn't make me want to ever purchase anything from there. Unfortunately I will never be returning to this eye doctor location. Please treat all customers with kindness and don't try to scam.

Nathan the district manager was awesome!! Back story, I was inform that my son didn't have a warranty on his glasses today but was told he did the beginning of this year when the establishment was under the old management. He was able to ensure my son glasses would get fixed at a decent price. I am so grateful for his understanding and professionalism. We always come and now will continue to do so.

I was in a pinch and needed a trial pair of contacts--this office came through for me without hesitation. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how accommodating they were, and the doctor took the time to ensure everything fit and felt right. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and great service!

Very friendly and educational staff. They have a good music playlist, lol. A small office with a nice selection of frames. The doctor is very polite.
