Doctor Simon Yeung was wonderful, patient, and very informative. He took his time answering all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. This is my third time visiting this location and let's just say I drive 35 minutes just for his offices service and care (there are plenty TSO's closer to me). I highly recommend him as well as his staff (especially his tech Delia).

I felt pain and was tearing badly in one eye. A closed friend referred me to see Dr. Simon Yueng. I had a walk in visit, Dr. Simon was very patience, thorough, and attentive. I felt much better with ease after the visit. Thank you Dr. Simon.

Very GREAT service. The doctor was wonderful he treated me very well. he did my exam and still checked again just to make sure my prescribtion was correct.l because my eye sight is very bad. I will come here for now on for my eye check up thank you so much for the wonderful service the team provided!!!

My family and I visited your location at 19623 Eastex Freeway, Humble, TX 77338. I was not able to make an appointment for the kids. Due to my current situation. My husband and I recently received custody of 6 nieces and nephews. Who was in need off eye glasses. I was made aware of the walk in hours; 9am-11am or 2pm-3pm. So we decided to go in during the walk in hours of 2pm-3pm. I wasn't made aware of any stipulations when it comes to walk in visits. By the time my and niece, nephew, and my son was finished with their exam. And had to see Dr. Simon Yeug again, I went to the back because I had concerns pertaining to my son vision. And Dr. Simon Yeug made a comment saying for this many kids. I should have made an appointment, and I told him I would have but due to my current situation I wasn't able to. And he said "this is not McDonald's," and ask him what he meant by that. And he tried to fix it up by saying, I would like spend more one on one time with the patients and handed me his card to make an appointment. His McDonald's comment was highly inappropriate; never the less my kids was present. And a walk in is a walk in; if TSO have stipulations please make patients fully aware. My family have TSO for years, and to talked to in that manner was not appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Very helpful as well informative. I liked that he was led me through the steps of my exam so I knew exactly what I was getting. Good selection and fit for contacts. Great visit all around.

He was very helpful and explained about my dry eyes...he also did a great job with my 14 yr old son

Doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. The prices for glasses are wonderful as well.
