Dr Chen's office is always a great visit. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all their procedures and equipment. They make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need, as a lot of the times you are sitting there not able to see without contacts or glasses on.
Dr. Chen himself is absolutely fantastic, so friendly and accommodating, making sure you are comfortable and have the eye care you need.
I highly recommend him and his office anytime anyone needs vision care.

We have used this location for many years and are typically satisfied with the services and selection.
The staff was not as friendly as in our past visits and their skill level and customer service has regressed. They seemed to be in a hurry and did not explain insurance options until asked and were absolutely not having anything to do with coordinating benefits. I do understand this is probably the norm, just a professional explanation would have been appreciated.
In addition, our glasses were given out to the wrong customer in error and the glasses had to be returned to the office by the customer.
A below average experience for $1,100 dollar eyewear purchase.
