If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was able to do my exam and order glasses the same day. Every person, from the receptionist, the optometrist, and staff who assisted me with choosing lenses were amazing. The space was clean, aesthetically pleasing, smelled nice. It felt "very state of the art." My glasses were in within a week and I love them, but most of all... I CAN SEE again! Thanks Visionworks Deerbrook.

This location was recommended to me because it was covered under my insurance I came in and spoke with Cristill and she was very friendly and attentive to the concerns I had about the costs and my budget. She was able to work with me once I found a frame that I liked with getting me into the best possible lenses that were covered under my insurance and fit within my budget. I have been coming to Visionworks for years, I love their new location, the eye doctor location is much larger and very comfortable and their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Simply walk next-door to choose your new set of frames and you are immediately greeted with smiles and eager associates Ready to help. I showed them a picture of something that I was interested and they quickly found multiple options for me and made great suggestions. I ended up ordering a pair of every day glasses and an awesome pair of sunglasses. They kept me well informed about my sunglasses, they were special order. I highly recommend them, I plan to return to upgrade a current pair of glasses with new lenses.
