Walmart Vision & Glasses

I would like to acknowledge Sheryl's exceptional service. She was very patient and helped me find the perfect glasses and sunglasses. Her professionalism was noteworthy. The staff, including Dr. DiMaggio, were also very professional and courteous, taking the time to answer all my questionsd.

Excellent!!! We have always seen Dr Hancock in lufkin then gone to Walmart eye center in Nacgodoches to get our glasses. Well we did the same thing this year, the lady that helped us in Nac, saw that we both (husband and I), had very good insurance & stated "oh you got good insurance I am gonna get every dime"!! Also to add, I picked out a $39 pair of frames I absolutely loved, she told me "oh no honey you have the coverage we gonna get the most expensive pair we can find!!" My husband was lucky enough to have to only pay $25 for his, mine with everything she added on it was going to be well over $300, I just can't do that. I asked her to take something's off, her statement I just can't do that and give you what you need. (All I needed was no line bifocals, plastic lens progressive hurts my eyes, & transitions). So we left. A few weeks later we were in Jasper and hubby said you wanna see what they can do for you, so in we went. Thankfully I had taken a picture of the frames I wanted so I could show them. The lady that sits on the left as soon as you walk in (she has black framed glasses, sorry didn't get her name), I showed her the frames, she went and got them, I told her what I wanted (no line bifocals, plastic lens and transitions), she sat down and started figure it all up. Literally paid $89 for just the transitions, insurance covered everything else when she did what I asked and didn't try to upsale. Jasper Walmart eye center is our go to now from here on out. Everyone is super friendly/helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Footnote to add, my husband glasses he did get at Nac Walmart, there were handed to him by the manager, asked "do they fit good" & when he said yes he said ok have a good day. No can you see this card, no can you see good at a distance. Once we headed home he realized his bifocal was less then a inch from the top of his lenses, he had to wear his glasses on the end of his nose to be able to see out of them. So we took them to Jasper and the same lady worked with the glasses but could not get them low enough that they sit properly and he could use them. So they sent them off to be fixed, the came back perfect today. If you are considering using Walmart vision center for glasses please consider going to the nice people at Jasper Walmart

The ladies that work here could not be nicer or more helpful. They made me feel so comfortable and they helped me make a great choice with my new glasses. I could not be more happy with my purchase!

Judy is the best! She took care of my every need. The set me up with insurance that I did not think I needed. Within four days I needed it. She saved me big time.

My whole family gets their frames here. They were so wonderful with my two kids. Pam was so patient while they picked out their glasses! Definitely recommend!

The ladies in the Jasper Vision Center are awesome. Janice and Judy were really great at helping me pick the perfect pair of glasses to fit my style. I will be a return patient!!!!
