Absolutely outstanding customer service at Stanton Optical! I came in already stressed, and the team completely turned my day around. Alexis and Adriana were so patient, kind, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The female doctor (I didn't catch her name) was also incredibly helpful, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. Everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The professionalism and care shown here truly stood out. Thank you all for such a positive experience!

Total false advertising no designer frames unless Swiss Army knife and champion brand are designer, I'm used to ck or Dior maybe some Michael Kors ... but no, not a single one of those brands are carried here. Buyer beware, even if you book an appointment and come early, you will wait past your appt time 25 mins or better. Lesson learned. Edited to add*** I walked out of this office the second that I learned there is no eye doctor on site, this is a scam!!! NO BODY CAN DETECT YOUR EYE HEALTH FROM A ZOOM CALL!!! I don't know how this office is legally allowed to charge insurance with no doctor on site!!! No thank you!!! Thanks for your reply business owner! No reply necessary go hire a real doctor!

The zoom part of my eye exam was okay. A little different but okay. The issue was the absolute chaos in there. Ashley, who'd helped me in the beginning, just seemed lost and confused. Afterwards, no one helped me check out and I couldn't ask any questions about glasses or contacts because everyone was frazzled. I told Ashley about the $25 coupon that was sent to me from Stanton as a "welcome" special. No one knew about how to do apply it and their manager would be the only one who could help. I'm not sure if it was the woman in the white coat but she was lost and unavailable. It was just overall bad experience. Thanks to the girl who finally checked me out with zero help on glasses/contacts/promo.

Well, for starters, I am a young and single mother. I did not have a vehicle so I had to find a ride to the establishment, when arriving, I gave them my information. I proceeded to go inside of the room and it wasn't disclose that there's not even a real doctor there it's all through Zoom... I know my prescription has a person that's been wearing contacts and glasses since I've been 10 years old. I proceed to try to save time and let him know what's up with my eyes. He kept talking over me didn't let me speak. Would ask me one or two or three or four when all of the options are the same. I asked for something a little stronger I said can we proceed with this because you're giving you a migraine when I know my power for my eyes and I need something stronger because my last prescription was -6.75 and he was just playing around with 1.2 I have astigmatism on both eyes so I was letting him know what's up with me information, he wasn't interested in letting me speak. He proceeded to say weights every few moments put himself on mute, then after being inside of the place for an hour, I was told that he is not going to sign up on my prescription because it was too strong and he doesn't believe that he has something that can suit my eyes. Mind you assistance and optical, correct Mind there is people that have worse vision and I do not want to complain, but it's given the fact I was told to my face after I already throw out my one pair of context that I had in my eyes were expired that they can't help me and proceeded to let me walk out And I'm damn near am legally blind. I have two different prescriptions in both eyes. I was trying to go a cheaper alternative route that is under $200 and of course the route that I tried to take that's what they offer people who are in need shitty service no prescription no help just I'm sorry. So do not take your children here and do not waste your time if you're trying to save money because they will waste your time and just let you know that they're either going half as your prescription or just not take the time to take care of you

Called and made the appointment for a contact priscription, once I arrived and showed up they tried to hard sell me on glasses stating my insurance only covered glasses when I'm covered for both. They were clearly trying to push glasses only for monetary gain through my insurance as they have better marginson glasses v contacts. I was even thinking about getting glasses in addition to the contacts I needed. It's crazy what they missed out on due to shady sales practices on their part. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

The employees there were really nice. Kind of threw me off that the testing is done through zoom but that's not where the bad rating is coming from. It's coming from the 2 week long wait. Being told my glasses should be in one day , I call , and they give me a later date. I still don't have my glasses and I thought it was suppose to be "same day glasses" as advertised. Wouldn't go back. Never had to wait longer than 3 days for my prescription.

Took my grandson to Stanton Optical for an eye exam and glasses and was pleasantly surprised at the service we received. We were 10 min early for our appointment which was no problem they saw us right away. The service, price, and selection of glasses was amazing. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were in and out of the store with a new pair of glasses in about an hour. Shout out to Shay for her exceptional service. She answered all my question, explained everything and gave us lots of discounts. I will definitely recommend Stanton Opticals to anyone looking for exceptional service, quality eyewear without paying the high cost.
