When I called to make my appt I was shocked that Dr Pham answered the phone himself & he was very cheerful & booked my appt. I went into the office later that day while on lunch just to see if maybe i could be seen right then. Dr Pham came out all cheerful again & ask if I was ready to do it now & I said absolutely. The things his office staff normally do before you actually get to him he did himself. I was in & out in no time Thank you Dr Pham!

Personally been going for years and overdue for an appointment. I do take both of my kids though without issues. Appointment time hasn't ever had a wait and is usually decent in terms of length. My seven year old is autistic and she did great with staff working with her to do their tests before her appointment. She now has glasses and thrilled to be able to see.
