Customer service zero out of 10. There's two white women that were working and it gave they didn't want to help me and they skipped right over me. I had waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and nothing was said to me. Do not recommend. supervisor is just as bad. She's VERY rude and didn't solve one issue.

While picking up my new pair of frames from them I had them adjust my current frames and they broke them! They are refusing to replace them and after speaking with the "doctor" they are only offering 50% off a new pair of frames. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I went in for a broken screw repair on my frames. The repair was complete in about 15 mins. Good as new. Very prompt and professional.

Highly Recommend!!! We were down at Surfside on vacation and I unfortunately hurt my eyes. Saltwater and contacts did not mix well. Vision Source got me in immediately for an exam with Dr. Armstrong. Dr. Armstrong was very thorough, patient and caring. I would recommend him to anyone. The front desk staff was also amazing! Thank y'all very much!

Have been waiting 4 weeks for a pair of safety glasses. On initial visit I was told 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and no glasses then I was told it takes 4-6 weeks, nobody would call and get an update 2 weeks ago. On the 4th week I was told next week, they didn't want to get an update until I pushed the issue to speak with office mgr for refund and it only took a minute to get the update from their lab hmmmm, fastest I've ever seen someone get an answer from making a phone call My wife had the same experience about 8 months ago and had I known that I would have gone somewhere else. Do not recommend this place it's just an office with a bunch of pretty faces working there

I gave them a five-star rating for their helpfulness in fixing my broken eyeglasses. They replaced the nose pieces, cleaned the glasses, and now they feel brand new. Thank you, Vision Source, for your outstanding service.

The incompetence of this staff amazes me. I was sure the service and quality would be much better than where I used to go (Walmart) but I was wrong! On January 2 2019 I took my son to Dr.Haws paid close to $300 of my hard earned money and they charged my insurance an additional $455. It is now Jan 23 and he still does not have his glasses. I called everyday to check on the status and the office staff would give me the run around blaming "the holidays" and the "lab" for it taking so long. But when I called my insurance company they said my claim was not submitted until Jan 15!! The billing dept did not order my sons glasses until 13 days after they took my money!? They were quick to take my money but slow to submit an order. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous! When I called Dr. Haws office to ask for my refund the woman didn't offer an apology or anything. I DO NOT recommend this place was whatsoever! Go elsewhere to get eye exam and glasses. Sorry Dr.Haws, you are nice but your staff needs to go relearn how to do basic skills and manners.
