I'm so lucky to have found Dr. Payne and Dr. Stancy! They are wonderful! I'm seeing so much better! Great Staff as well!

I had a terrible experience here. I saw the dr, but then it was weird when I started to pick out my glasses and the technician said not to, that she would pick out glasses for me to try. I did find a beautiful expensive pair. Then for a month I kept trying to wear the glasses and kept getting headaches. I was seen by both doctors there and they said it was the frames and not the prescription, although they did make one change to the script and some to the frames, nothing seemed to help. Finally my insurance asked for me to get a second opinion and the dr there said that the prescription was wrong. So I went back and asked them if they could use the new prescription, but they said it must be wrong and that they didn't want me as a customer anymore. I spent $700 and only had headaches to show for it. I would never ever go there again.

INSURANCE FRAUD! I was very clear that my son was there for a routine eye exam and that's all and their records state this. During this visit, Dr. Christine Payne stated, "your insurance will not cover a routine eye exam on your medical insurance plan without a medical diagnosis". I proceeded to tell her that he has coverage for a routine eye exam and there are no issues to discuss, he's only there for a routine eye exam, no problems. Dr. Christine Payne asked, "does he have allergies"? I let her know that he has seasonal allergies, occasionally, but not currently. She found nothing abnormal during his visit; however, when his visit notes were added to their patient portal and billed to his medical insurance, she added a diagnosis of conjunctivitis and added a medication of Pataday eye drops. We NEVER discussed conjunctivitis or Pataday eye drops during his visit and there were no abnormal findings during his visit. Dr. Christine Payne made up this diagnosis and medication in my son's medical record because she felt his visit would not be covered otherwise. I reached out to the office in writing via their portal on April 3, 2023 and asked them to correct his medical record according to his actual visit and to bill the insurance accordingly because they flat out made things up. They finally contacted me back two days short of two months later, on June 1, 2023, and Michelle had no answers and no remedy to fix this inaccurate information. I do not appreciate Dr. Christine Payne making things up in my son's medical record and billing the insurance with wrong information and lies. This is unacceptable, unethical and not fair to the patient. This is insurance fraud. My son will now also show this diagnosis as a preexisting condition that he has NEVER even had in his life. Because of her lies and inaccurate billing, we were accessed a $100 copay, instead of a $50 copay for a routine eye exam.

Dr Stancey performed my cataract surgery in 2023 (MonoVision where one eye was corrected for reading and the other for distance) and I am so PLEASED ! No contacts, no glasses, no glare. The procedure was painless as was the recovery. Too bad we don't have a "THIRD EYE" for mid-distance. Smiley face here.

Dr. Davis takes as much time with you as needed. She answers all questions and makes you feel important when discussing your treatments or options. The staff is caring as well.

The doctors here are wonderful! Best care possible.

Had a lovely experience here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and checked in often as they were very busy that day and didn't want me waiting too long. Would highly recommend!
