Wow. Game changer. Tamara is not only so knowledgeable about frames and lens, she makes the process fun! I was reluctant to make the move to progressives from readers but once I talked through it with Tamara and we picked the right frames and lenses, I couldn't wait to start wearing my new glasses (progressives for everyday and workspace for my computer work - a MUST HAVE if you spend a good portion of your day on a computer). To say the least, I am not disappointed by my selections or by the need to wear my new "accessory with purpose". Make an appointment and you will be so glad you did.

It will be one year in October since my lens replacement, my sight is worst now than before the surgery. According to the Dr. it's my fault because I chose her for the surgery.

We've been going to Dr. Stancey for almost 16years. She is an very thorough and an Extremely Talented Physician & Surgeon. What a Caring & Classy Lady she is.. She also has a great group of people on her team...Tracy has been with her a long time and is very pleasant to work with.

Dr. Stancey and her staff are awesome! I chose her to perform my cataract surgeries and intraocular lens implants in both eyes after much investigation and visits to several area Ophthamologists. I am an engineer and have a high need for data and explanation, particularly when someone is performing surgery on the only two eyes I've got. Dr. Stancey patiently provided me with everything I needed to choose her to perform my surgery. I'm blown away by the results! I've worn glasses or contact lenses since 4th grade (I am now 65), and now see better than 20/20 in both eyes. The procedure was absolutely painless, and I was awake and taking instructions during the entire operation. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Stancey and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

INSURANCE FRAUD! I was very clear that my son was there for a routine eye exam and that's all and their records state this. During this visit, Dr. Christine Payne stated, "your insurance will not cover a routine eye exam on your medical insurance plan without a medical diagnosis". I proceeded to tell her that he has coverage for a routine eye exam and there are no issues to discuss, he's only there for a routine eye exam, no problems. Dr. Christine Payne asked, "does he have allergies"? I let her know that he has seasonal allergies, occasionally, but not currently. She found nothing abnormal during his visit; however, when his visit notes were added to their patient portal and billed to his medical insurance, she added a diagnosis of conjunctivitis and added a medication of Pataday eye drops. We NEVER discussed conjunctivitis or Pataday eye drops during his visit and there were no abnormal findings during his visit. Dr. Christine Payne made up this diagnosis and medication in my son's medical record because she felt his visit would not be covered otherwise. I reached out to the office in writing via their portal on April 3, 2023 and asked them to correct his medical record according to his actual visit and to bill the insurance accordingly because they flat out made things up. They finally contacted me back two days short of two months later, on June 1, 2023, and Michelle had no answers and no remedy to fix this inaccurate information. I do not appreciate Dr. Christine Payne making things up in my son's medical record and billing the insurance with wrong information and lies. This is unacceptable, unethical and not fair to the patient. This is insurance fraud. My son will now also show this diagnosis as a preexisting condition that he has NEVER even had in his life. Because of her lies and inaccurate billing, we were accessed a $100 copay, instead of a $50 copay for a routine eye exam. Complaint being filed with multiple agencies.

I had an emergency visit with Dr. Davis and I was surprised on how quickly she was able to see me. Dr. Davis and her team did an amazing job of diagnosing the issue and getting me back in the game. I am incredibly grateful for her. She has a real servant's heart and takes the time to get to know her patients looking at the person as a whole.

WOW - WOW - WOW! From not being able to see the BIG "E" on an eye chart to instant 20/30 vision after yesterday's cataract surgery on my right eye is amazing. Dr. Stancey ROCKS! I can't wait for further improvement and the same surgery on my left eye in two weeks. How different it will be to see clearly from both eyes after a lifetime of wearing glasses.
