Dr. West was so wonderful! She was easy to talk to and helped hold my baby, who loved her as well. Everyone was welcoming and kind there today. I would highly recommend this place!

We just got back from an appointment here with Dr. West. Amazing care! My son had an eye injury from school and she took us first thing in the morning even when she had a full booked day! We were seen immediately, she diagnosed the problem, explained treatment options and helped our 6 year old son overcome fear. She explained everything to him and us before treatment and gave alternate options, since our son was too scared for a corneal cover. We will be back if anyone in our family needs eye care. Thank you Dr. West for caring for our son with professionalism and kindness!

Dr West's team always takes care of me. Appointments always go smoothly and they are always there to answer questions. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants special care for their eyes

If I could give more stars, I would! Had an absolutely fantastic experience! Dr. West is wonderful, experienced and is willing to answer any questions you may have! The front office staff and nurses are truly wonderful! Shout out to Dawn who found me the perfect set of new frames as well as Clarissa for teaching me how to put my contacts in! Wonderful staff - all around great experience. I'll be recommending them to anyone that is searching for an eye doctor.

Very disappointed with this place. Nothing was smooth and nice. People working there are not polite and many times their replies come back even a little rude. As many other reviews stated I believe they create medical diagnosis for charging your medical insurance not your vision and get more money. This never happened before and I visited another place which didn't diagnosis me with anything medical. My new glasses were not correct and they didn't want to fix them, just told me to keep wearing. I refused and they got me in for an adjustment. Then I tried contacts. Appointment was 40 minutes late because they didn't have a room available (why they book patients if they don't have a room available?). When it was my time they rushed through it. I was able to put and remove my contacts just ONCE and very poorly. I was not feeling confident at all and they sent me home with contacts in my eyes. Getting the contacts out that night was really difficult and after a few days I completely gave up on contacts. All my friends who had contacts, for the first appointments, they were not allowed to leave before performing it at least 3 times. I think they did just 1 time with me because they were 40 minutes late and I strongly believe this is the main reason because I didn't succeed on learning how to wear contacts. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am not coming back.

This was the most friendly and caring eye appointment I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and taken care of. Dr. West actually takes some time to get to know you and listen to your needs not just check your vision. Very friendly, personable and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. West since 2006 when she was at another location. She is always ready to explain new technology and offer contact samples. My eyes get extremely dry, I mountain bike, and have bad allergies. Surprisingly Dr. West does too! When I first started in contacts she spent I think 3 months getting me some that I could wear comfortably. My husband has a tricky prescription, in the past was told he could not wear contacts because they could not get him to 20/20. Dr. West has never had the issue. She is a very knowledgeable doctor, we have discussed my migraines, allergies, various health conditions.

Thank you to Dr West and her staff for taking care of us yesterday! She is always so thorough and makes sure my eyes are healthy even with my diabetes. Her office staff is friendly and professional, always greeting the family by name and willing to help us make the right choices when it comes to our frames and lenses.
