My husband and I have been seeing Dr. West for over 10 years now. Both of us have different challenges with our vision needs and she has bent over backwards to get us happy. I have bad allergies and dry eyes, when I first went in contacts she tried several types of extended wear and then several types of dailies to finally get it right, I think it took us 4 months to even get to where I ordered a pair. Now I hardly notice my contacts most days. My husband has a very bad astigmatism and vision, no other doctor even wanted him in contacts. Dr. West being a cyclist and knowing my husband was a competitive bike racer knew contacts would be better for his lifestyle. She didn't give up and even got him to 20-20 with contacts which no one had. Her staff is fantastic and feel like friends now. Until she retires I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. West has provided me with eye care for several years and she is very particular about your good eye health. I've never had an innacurate prescription. Dr. West will take the time to make sure you get the proper treatment and care. A real optometrist who cares about her patients and the quality of care she provides.

We have been patients of Dr. West for quite some time and are VERY pleased with the care she has provided. In addition, her staff is well informed and courteous. Insurance has never been a problem, they take care of everything!

This was my first ever visit to an optometrist. I was very pleased with the entire visit. Dr. West explained the significance of each test and was very informative on how to improve my vision.
