Great customer service. Loved the options of frames and the small setting. Filters out the hustle and bustle of trying to shop for glasses . VERY IMPRESSED with how I was able to get my new glasses in the same day! Never have had that before. First time customer & lasting as long as I'm in the area. Better selection of contacts as well

This was our second time to see Dr. O'Brien and team. My daughter wanted to try contacts for the first time. They were incredibly patient in teaching her to use them. Nicole explained all the contact options clearly and helped us pick out a pair of frames as well. She is personable and kind. We appreciated her expertise. Teresa was great to get the frames sized just right when we came back to pick them up. The whole crew is professional and provides top notch customer service. I'm thankful we have such a wonderful option for eye care right here in Liberty Hill.

My seven-year-old son Andrew recently started having significant issues seeing far away. I knew we needed to get this checked out, but the thought of putting him through a bunch of eye tests made my wife and me nervous since he struggles through most medical or dental appointments. We made an appointment with Vista Family Eye Care since they're local and have been generous supporters of our local schools, and I brought my son in earlier this week. This was easily the best medical appointment experience he's ever had. He was afraid of all the equipment at first, but the staff was very patient and explained what everything was for, and five minutes in he was fine. Dr. O'Brien was also very patient with him in explaining how the "magic tools" worked to see what was needed to correct his vision, and she was able to get him comfortable enough to do a complete and thorough exam without issue. It's clear she's worked with lots of kids and is phenomenal with them. We then ended our visit with Theresa patiently showing Andrew essentially every kids frame in stock to both satisfy his newfound curiosity about glasses and make sure we found the perfect pair for him. This is an awesome local business, and I'll be back soon for my own eye exam!

It was my first visit to Vista Eye Care in Liberty Hill off 29. It started with Becky, who checked me in at the front desk. She was very pleasant and friendly and acknowledged me right away. The first impression walking into a new place always sticks with you. Marissa, called me from the reception area shortly after and started the eye exam process and was very friendly and thorough. She explained everything she was doing before she did it. She made my eye exam experience very comfortable. I then met Dr. Erica O'Brien, who was just the sweetest. She was very friendly, made me feel comfortable and educated me on the exam. It always makes me feel safe and respected when they educate me. She is very knowledgeable and has beautiful bedside manners. I was impressed with her before my exam even started. Then finally, I met Nicole, who took time and care to help me pick frames that looked great on me and that I was very happy with. She didn't rush me. Assisted me on what frame would look good with my face shape. This whole practice is great. I plan to make this office my home for Eyecare. I highly recommend Dr. O'Brien and her staff.

We did not do the eye exam here, so I cannot attest to that. However we had excellent service with picking out our prescription eye glasses. Nicole was amazing! She made the experience with my 5 year old an awesome one. She was knowledgeable and patient and made a potentially trying experience into a fun one (with snacks and a toy: nice bonus touch!). She took the time to make sure we had exactly what mom and daughter wanted with features such as rock hard scratch resistance (a necessity for a busy youngster!) and transitions (so cool! we love them! it was very cool that she "activated" the lenses so that we could see how they would look in the sun). I will definitely be back with any future eyeglass needs. Thank you!

First time patient. I arrived about 15 minutes earlier and notice how the front of the house staff members were taken care of a young female patient with her mother. She was getting her new glasses and trying on .It was very satisfying to see the customer service that this young girl was receiving.The young girl and mother seem to be very satisfied from my observation. I on the other hand experience a great and thorough exam by the doctor and her staff.

Excellent!! Dr. O'Brien is incredible! We 1st started taking our son to her at the age of 5 & then my husband & I decided to establish care with her as well. Each time we have stepped into her facility it has been wonderful. She has a beautiful facility, it's very clean & inviting. Her staff is also very patient & caring. Especially when we went in with our 2 littles. if you know you know.(: Dr. O'Brien is very thorough in taking care of you & she knows her job very well.

Service was great. Everyone was welcoming and very nice when I entered. The examination was very thorough. The Dr made sure I understood the results and made sure all my questions were answered. There was also a great collection of glasses to choose from.
