Little Elm Eye Care

I became a customer when I began wintering in Denton with my daughter and grandson. They quickly became my de facto source for all eye care. They are without a doubt the best I've ever had, and I've worn glasses for 40yrs. One timely example came today when I went in to pick up my new prescription lenses. For the first time ever I now have a "prism" in the lens as well! My first experience with this tech and so far I love it. My metal frames were in tough shape as well. "Nikki" was my tech today to grind my new lenses into my very old frame. I'd mangled the nose pads pretty badly weeks ago and wisely refrained from doing my own repair job, Instead handing the work over to her And what a great decision that was! The new lenses are a real treat, and I've had some of the clearest vision I've had in a long time, but even better was the wonderful job. She did fine-tuning the fit and adjusting the pads and she even managed to drop the frames into a sonic cleaner, which brought them out looking like a whole new set of frames! To me, this is a classic example of the kind of above and beyond attitude that everybody in the practice has every day. As you might guess I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs!

New patient. I was greeted warmly and only waited a few minutes before being brought back to work through all the data gathering for my appointment. Lily, Tammy, and Dr. Bert were very thorough and informative. They fitted me for a hard contact lens that day rather than rescheduling me for another day. Appreciate the flexibility. Overall an amazing experience.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Bubela for years. He is an amazing eye doctor. When I was leaving this morning I was thinking about what a kind person he is. He makes you feel welcomed and definitely not rushed. He's the first eye doctor that's been able to put me in contacts that actually work and fit. I only wear one contact but I never know it's in my eye! I have recommended him to friends who also like him. I really can't remember a time that I've had to sit in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. Today, I was in and out in approximately 35 minutes and I never felt rushed. Thank you to Dr B and Lily for doing such a great job. I hope you guys have an amazing 2026.

Been coming to Little Elm Eyecare and love both Dr Bubellas and Lili was great today. Have recommended several times and everyone I know has been pleased. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Porter and all her staff are amazing. I've been a patient at Little Elm Eye Care for about 3 years now. Never had any problems with anyone or anything during my visits. I love everything about this place.

Went to this location for 2 years. The care was satisfactory. But then after ordering glasses from my last visit. Found the front desk to be rude. My first pair came back in a few days. After 2 weeks of waiting for the second pair. I called to check. The person was rude and informed me they would contact me. The fitting person was not helpful at all. I just don't find them to be personable anymore. I won't be going back.

Very friendly and welcoming! Answered all my questions with ease. I forgot my nurse and doctors name but they were extremely kind! Would recommend to my whole family and friends!!

I have been seeing the Drs at Little Elm Eye Care for the past 13 years. It is always the best experience, their staff is amazing, the facilities are excellent, and the Dr's Bubela are both outstanding. I couldn't have better folks helping me take care of my eyes.
