THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!! Was rushed through appointment with doctor, doctor aggressively jabbed me in the eye to take contacts out when I can take them out myself but to her credit the contacts they gave me to wear were trash quality, and check out staff was also rude, they carry limited brands of contacts and contacts they do offer are thin as plastic wrap. This location is a hole in the wall. Google showed good reviews and that's why I chose them but this was the second worse eye appointment I have had in the 25 years of wearing glasses and contacts. Would recommend going somewhere with better energy and more customer centric. Will not be coming back for next eye exam. Would recommend driving to San Antonio and going to Americas Best if you are looking for a good experience. The lady that took initial tests prior to seeing the doctor was the only positive attribute of this location, I hope she finds a better place that won't drag her down to their level of care. Got Oakley frames back is terrible condition, left arm hinge broken on brand new pair of frames! BEWARE, this company will screw their customers over and will Not heal or Assist Customers. Strongly Strongly reccomend anyone else. You will be better off going to Walmart than doing business with this crooked establishment.

Fast appointment, great customer service! Everything I needed was explained in a way I could understand and I didn't feel like they were just trying to make money, or sell me something. Thank you!

This place is amazing they are nice an professional an they listen. If you need your eyes checked or glasses or contacts. I definitely recommend this place. You will not be sorry.

From the moment I entered, the entire staff were exceptionally polite, easy listeners, to any concerns or questions I asked. Very respectful. The doctor was a blessing, she took my mind off any concerns or pain I might've had with laughter. Amazing set of people!!

Super helpful, kind, and patient. They were great with my very active 2 year old and during my exam the staff helped me with my kiddos. Then while I was trying on glasses my 2 yr old insisted she needed some also. They were wonderful letting her try 3 pair, giving her crayons and letting her watch Frozen. We had a long visit but very good! I couldn't have done it without all of the staffs helpfulness and kindness.

Brittany, Avery, and Jaquelyn were of excellent service, very kind, patient and helpful in explanations and products. Top quality all around.

5 stars! Great friendly staff. Very attentive. Just overall a great eye doctors office. Dr Ramos is fantastic and is very smart and just knows how to talk to people. He takes as much time as you want to answer questions and even explain in depth what he is doing. I will always go here.
