Wentz and Woodrich Eyecare

Wonderful experience. I like going to the eye doctor about as much as a Proctologist but these folks actually made it a great experience. The front office / desk staff are warm, knowledgeable, considerate and welcoming. The sales staff are equally considerate, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Shatner Reeves was fantastic! He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and quite bright. I have complicating issues and he understood my anxiety. He was considerate and took time to explain things clearly and answered any questions I had as well as tolerated my sick sense of humor. He also did not seem to be in a rush or act as if he needed me to finish up and get out of there which goes a very long way with me. Great place and people!!

I can't say enough good things about Wentz & Woodrich Eyecare! As someone who recently moved to the area, this was such a welcoming and reassuring experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was genuinely lovely and professional, even during a very busy time. The doctor and entire team were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and kind, while still taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I never felt rushed and felt completely confident in the care I received. This office truly goes above and beyond--highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

My experience at Wentz + Woodrich was great, all the way from the front desk to the tech to Dr. Johnson (who was exceptional by the way) to the woman who helped me with my glasses! Thank you for your patience and time. I definitely found the right place to best take care of my vision.

I had the most amazing experience during my exam! The staff here, is literally the BEST - hands down! From the ladies at the reception area, as well as the other ladies (and men), working within the four walls of that building - including the doctor himself; my family and I left feeling like we had been here before; when in fact, it was our very first time here. We were so pleased with their top tier service, we discussed how it certainly won't be our last visit, the entire drive home!

The staff at the front desk is super friendly and the techs who did all of the preliminary tests were so nice and did an excellent job. Dr. Wentz was very friendly and explained everything in detail and also listened to all my questions and concerns! I highly recommend him!
