The staff at MyEYEDR is phenomenal! Front desk is very attentive & pleasant! Violeta & Carol are amazing & know what they are talking about when it comes to glasses and getting you fit in to the right one! Dr. Boldan is a hoot! The tech is also very sweet!

Came for the appointment, stayed because the staff is actually nice and helpful (shocking, I know). They constantly check on you, answer every question you didn't even know you had, and somehow explain the bill in a way that makes sense AND saves you money. Dr. Boldan is super detailed, patient, and actually listens to concerns instead of nodding and disappearing. Overall, top-tier staff, zero complaints, and yes--we'll keep coming back voluntarily.

Allowed me to schedule an 8:20 AM appt, drive an hour there, then turned me away within moments of arriving (8:18AM) because they double booked the appointment and refused to fit me in. I showed confirmation of appointment sent one day prior and the text message reminders i received this morning, tried to offer to wait a little while to be squeezed in, whatever it would take as long as i could be back in time to be at work at 2pm and the receptionists were not kind. I thoroughly explained my situation of being from an hour away, having scheduled and received all correspondence from them, and They were in NO way accommodating or welcoming to me, especially as a first time client. I was already embarrassed to be inconvenient to them and that this happened, I felt terrible and they were still unbelievably rude to me. They also tried to lie and tell me it was my fault "because i did not answer their call on Friday" when I actually hadnt even heard of them the Friday prior, nor had i booked the appointment . This was a very poor experience and the ladies up front could benefit from learning a little customer service. Your mistake should not be taken out on me when I was simply trying to find a new routine eye clinic.

The Dr was awesome!! Took his time and was very nice. Carol was VERY helpful and I am very impressed with my visit. I will come back and recommend to friends and family.

Dr and his staff were amazing! Larger selection of Frames. Prada,Nike,Oakley ,Coach and much more. Fast friendly and professional service all around from the time you come in the door till you leave Highly Recommended R Guthrie

Doctor was nice but his staff is very rude and unprofessional. He even told me it was hard to find good help and knows his staff sucks. Glasses are overpriced. Just go to Walmart or Sams!

They got me in last minute and were so nice. The doctor is great and very personable. Would highly recommend!
