Nash Eye Care

Dr. Jessica Trichial was absolutely wonderful. Upbeat, professional, she took the time to dial in my complicated prescription. Old school knowledge and expertise paired with youthful vigor and, dare I say: JOY. She loves what she does. I will be back.

Jessica and Audrey were/are great. (Not sure if Miss Audrey still is there or not. Not as happy with one of the ladies up front (older lady which she seems always in a rush to get you off the phone when you are asking questions pertaining to medical/insurance, which is my only complaint). Jessica is super friendly, she actually will listen, ask questions, and make sure you are happy when you leave. The building was clean, and parking was plenty. Everything was great outside of the lady on the phone rushing me. This why I still gave the 5 stars. If I hadn't moved quite a ways away I would still go here.

I STARTED SEEING DR TRICHEL WHEN SHE WAS AT WIGGINS EYE CARE. SHE WAS ABLE TO DIAL MY COMPLICATED PRESCRIPTION IN TO BETTER THAN 20/20. WHEN SHE LEFT AND STARTED HER OWN PRACTICE I DIDN'T HESITATE TO STAY WITH HER. SHE HAS CONTINUED TO ASSESS MY EYES WITH PATIENCE AND GIVES ME THE MOST ACCURATE PRESCRIPTION I'VE EVER HAD. I HAVE RECOMMENDED FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO HER AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

**Review Update 12/25** Decided to try this place again and I'm honestly glad I did. The Optometrist was absolutely the sweetest and most helpful, patient and answered all my questions. They were pretty busy when I went (since it was the end of the year), but the receptionists were very nice and the nurse was friendly. I'll be taking my family back in the coming year, so it's safe to say I am recommending them. I will leave my original review up below this for reference if needed. ------------------ Honestly this place started out fine. A bit on the pricey side, but expected. The lady who answers the phone was very nice, if obviously new, and I didn't have a chance to really interact with the Optometrist herself. The loss of 3 stars is because the nurse-lady was incredibly passive-aggressive rude, my time she wasted even though I had been willing to pay full price even when they had already said they took the insurance, and the fact that the Optometrist saw what she was doing and didn't step in to stop her before she lost a new customer (which would have led to 4 total new patients). *Added Edit* Was never offered a discount, but did try to say we would pay the normal price anyways but was cut off each time. I appreciated the lady on the phone trying to figure out a way around the issue, she was not the problem. Again, the review & reason we left was entirely the way we were spoken to by the nurse-lady (I did not catch her name). Do not mistake politeness for niceness; she was incredibly rude with a smile on her face.

Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Doc explains what's going on and makes sure you understand. I will continue to visit for all my eye needs.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone takes the time to get to know me and my family and answer all our questions.

Dr. Trichel and her staff were absolutely phenomenal....seriously!!! They were very patience and understanding towards my eye condition while working effectively to make me feel comfortable.

Very friendly group of people work here. Listened to my needs and took care of my concerns. Very affordable and polite. I would recommened Dr. Trichel to everyone.
