Unsure of the bad reviews. My family and I have come here for over 10 years and always get excellent service. Kimberly is always conversive and friendly. Office staff are very responsive and even allow walk-ins when able. Highly recommend this office.

I've been going to Dr. Osborne years now. I wish I could recall exactly how long but either way I'm not going anywhere. I've been in glasses since I was 5, 39 now. I've had so much trouble with prescriptions prior to her where I'd switch doctors year after year and even skip exams to avoid the hassle. When I started coming in she immediately cared about my past experiences. She was able to get me into the correct prescription no problem. She was the first doctor to get me into a set of contacts!!

Extortion artists that enjoy writing random numbers on your prescription then refuse to rewrite it unless you pay again. On the up side, now I have no reason to go near a Walmart again

I've never had any issues with Dr. Osbourne's clinic. She was who my mother took me to to get my first pair of glasses and the contacts, and who I'd been getting them from for a while. Jessica the receptionist was the issue, quite frankly. Called around 9:07 am to see if they had my prescriptions as my glasses broke, she confirmed they did and said it would be okay to pick up. I get there, my prescriptions are expired (which is not their fault), she refuses me trial lenses, she looked confused and like she didn't realize what the issue was. At 19 I was a receptionist. It's not a hard job. Just pick up the phone and don't give false premises on what info you do or don't have. No satisfaction, no prescriptions; wasted gas, time and effort in coming to this clinic today. Very disappointed.

I've been a patient of Dr Osbourne as of 4 years. She and the staff are very professional. They've taken care of me and my family. They go above and beyond to make our visit pleasant. We wouldn't go to another eye doctor. Dr Osbourne and the staff are very respectful and caring. I do recommend this office for their care to their patients but mostly for their professionlism

I and my family have been going to Dr Osbourne for many years. Her staff is great. They know who I am by first name, they know my husband. they have treated my 92 yr old grandmother and my mother in law. I can't say enough great things about Dr Osbourne and I will not go anywhere else.

Dr. Osborne has been our family doctor for 15+ years, and I will never go anywhere else. She is amazing, and her staff are professional and always helpful.
