My Eyelab

Great experience! I got my appointment in about one minute, I provided them with my insurance information and they took care of everything very quickly. Everything went very smooth in the office, they ran a couple of tests before visiting the optometrist, and at the end they gave me a full report. I would definitely suggest the office to my friends and family! I liked the selections, the prices were so good I purchased two frames :)

Great experience going to Eyelab! Cheyenne was really great. Awesome attitude and very helpful. It's not every day a lense pops out of my glasses so she set me up with some contacts. Julio was really great as well during my exam. No rush and took the time to work with me. 5 stars all the way!

Cheyenne is great! Very patient, polite, and helpful. She got my insurance updated super fast, and ordered up my new contacts too. She was even able to give me a pair of 'walking around' contacts since my hectic schedule kept me from ordering my boxes sooner. Such a great visit due to such a helpful, and considerate associate. This was a very pleasant place to come. The reason I say this is mainly because of the Assistant Manager Bryan K. He was fantastic. He was so willing to help in anyway possible. Very professional and Kind. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the phone call I made to the store after my appointment. I called to cancel my order because I found a place with cheaper frames online and I wanted to cancel my order from 2 hours prior. The associate that answered the phone was in NO way helpful and thought she could strong arm me into buying from them. I don't appreciate that kind of business and last I checked this is America and we can do as we wish. Because of that I won't be back. I am sorry but you can't tell someone they have to buy from their business. I paid for there eye exam that should be enough at 110 dollars. I also didn't really care for the frames they had so why would I pay extra for something I didn't care for?! Thanks Bryan K you were a delight and you will go far in your spectacular customer service skills.

I had a fantastic time while I was there Cheyenne and her colleagues were incredible. Definitely a place I'd visit for my next prescription. My exam was only $95 and contacts were only $50 and that's out of pocket so honestly it wouldn't make sense to not get it done everyone was super patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends, it's just that affordable.

Danny and Cheyenne were absolutely incredible help today! I haven't been to the eye doctor in a couple years, both of them were incredibly friendly, funny & helpful! Danny helped us pick out our frames and was honest on what looked good and what didn't! He took his time explaining everything in detail which we did appreciate! We will for sure be back!

I am one of those who revisits places I've only ever known. But when I saw an ad online that seemed like my most reasonable option at that point in time, I knew I needed a change. After not having my eyes checked in almost a reasonable amount of time, I decide to give this 'new to me' company an opportunity to assist me. I love to say it, I was met with an absolutely pleasant experience that has had me return for the simplest of frame adjustments. The staff at this location were incredibly helpful each time and seem to love what they do. Which is something you don't see that often of anymore. Good job guys!

Great location. The staff and mgr are very friendly, patient and provided great attention to my kids. It meant to lot to use when the manger swung by and complemented the new frames on our daughter. He did a great job boosting her confidence.
