Daminika at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She made the whole check-in process quick and easy and treated me with real kindness and respect. Great customer service like this is hard to find. My visit started off perfectly because of her. Thank you, Daminika!

Dr.Cramer was wonderful. He explained things that I never knew about my eyes. Erin helped me with my purchase order and was delightful. From the front desk being sweet. To the tech Melissa being helpful it was great.

This is my ordinary MyEyeDr. I go to visit. It is different knowing that the old doctors I had are not there anymore, but I had Dr. Cameron Cramer, O.D., and he was very caring, nice, and informative about my eyesight. He does transverse between two other locations, but because this location is my regular location, even though I live closer to another MyEyeDr, I prefer this one as they have a better variety of glasses. I was nervous about putting in contacts, as I had never worn them in my life, but I also got a set of glasses. Telling Dr. Cramer that I had never worn contacts, he put them in for me, which was aggressive because I had strong eyelids, according to Dr. Cramer. Thankfully, I had another MyEyeDr to help me assist with putting in contacts, not that this location was bad. Love the service, the front desk lady... I believe "Vannica" (shoot, I could be dead wrong) is very nice and honest, so if you choose glasses and want a second opinion, she will give you her honest opinion. She did try to assist me with contacts, which was a failure for me because it was so new and I was not used to it, but she was encouraging. Not only that they also "price match," and because I have really good insurance, they decided to see which route would save me money in the long run. Honesty and loyalty go a long way if you are on a budget and deciding if you want a mix of glasses and contacts, and see which saves you more money. Dr. Cramer is a really good doctor to help you monitor your eyesight and health after telling him and everyone else that I won't do LASIK even if they recommend me because I have seen Final Destination and that is a no. Dr. Cameron Cramer 10/10 for me, only one of the two people (my mom) I'll let dig into my eyes to put in contacts, while I am sweating and greasy... felt so bad he had to touch my face. He is very helpful and caring for your eyes and makes sure your eyes are in good health. Customer Service 10/10 because I had second sight of eyes to see what glasses looked good on me and which ones did not based on my big, round head. Thanks to the assistant manager of that branch and the front desk lady for assisting me in seeing what would look good on my big, round head, because if I look ugly in these glasses, I need you to tell me that those are not a good look on you, lol. Money Saved 10/10 because for a pair of glasses (that was a promo) and used my insurance on my contacts to save me probably over $500 for out-of-pocket expenses.

Today, 10/20/2025 I arrived at 8:45am,9:03am standing outside of My eye doctor waiting for them to open, But the sign on door says closed. So I decided to turn the knob and there open. 2 women sitting behind the counter can see me out standing waiting. Why wouldn't they have said come in we're open or just get up off there cushion and said ma'am come on in. They made no apology. I asked why didn't you ladies just come and let the customers know. That was VERY RUDE!!!! Of them. I don't feel like I want to return. Been coming here for years. People do have feelings ladies. How would you respond ma'ams.

After so many years of going to my eye doctor and being notified that their office was now closed and his new location no longer accepted my insurance, nor dealt with contact prescriptions. I was quite nervous about going to a new place. The office was quite nice. Clean, spacious and the office staff were very friendly. Melissa took care of me and was so kind, and explained everything she was going to do. Dr. Velasquez was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. She has such a sweet, kind spirit and very knowledgeable. Overall, I am satisfied with my first visit and I do believe I have found my new eye doctor!

Scheduled an appointment for 5 pm they have a grace period of 10 min I showed up at 5:10 and The receptionist went and asked Dr. Julia Velasquez If they would see me and she wouldn't I actually heard her in the back of the office shout, I'm leaving! why even schedule late appointments if you won't see the customer?? It's YOUR grace period! Never again!

The two receptionists were very rude to me when signing me in and when I asked a question about my insurance they sounded annoyed and went to help the next people in line, ignoring me. I called later and was hung up on.

Melissa is amazing. She has gone above and beyond to assist me and my aging eyes. She's been patient and gone out of her way to make contact use an option. The whole team is great!
