Sparrow Eyecare

I had my first eye exam at Sparrow Eyecare today and left so very happy!! What a wonderful practice Dr Sarah Talbott has established. I do not always leave google reviews, but absolutely had to come on here to talk about the impression everyone in her office made on me. Starting with the phone call to schedule my appointment, which was painless, quick and friendly! I believe Natalie,(sorry if I'm misspelling), is who I spoke with and what a gem she is! She was at the front when I arrived for my appointment and she was so personable and outgoing, coming around to open the door as she saw me approaching in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, I do not remember Dr Sarah's assistant's name, but she was also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. You could tell that everyone truly enjoyed their jobs! And Dr Sarah did not disappoint! She was truly the nicest, most down to earth person! She took her time and explained things to me as she did my eye exam...when I said it was my first eye exam, I meant the first in my 64 years of life! I am certain that she treats all of her patients in the same kind manner that she treated me, you could just feel that about her, but I sure left there thankful for having found her practice. If you are searching for an optometrist, look no more!!

Dr. Talbott and her staff are amazing. You can tell that they really care about their patients and the service they're providing. Every time I've gone in they have been friendly and kind. I have chronic eye pain and worsening vision which has caused some anxiety around medical appointments. Dr. Talbott is always very patient and thorough during my appointments and helps keep my anxiety at bay. I've been to many eyedoctors and it never really seemed like I was given a clear plan for longterm health of my eyes. That is not the case with Dr. Talbott. She's been my first eye doctor to put together a plan to resolve/manage my eye condition with additional options if the first plan doesn't work as hoped. I feel like I'm finally in good hands.

Our family was excited about this practice when it opened. We had a great first experience. But with turnover this practice has unfortunately gotten worse over time. Things are not handled in a timely manner and answers seem to be pulled out of the sky in relation to a set of frames that are poor quality and we can't get warrantied after breaking in a very short period of time. Great Doctor, but the staff has ran this place into the ground. We have found a new office for our family.

I just had the most comprehensive eye exam of my life! Dr Talbott spent a great deal of her time with me. She answered questions that I have had about my eye problems for decades. Her staff is fantastic! And I am sending my entire family to see her! So very happy to have found a superior, caring and thorough doctor! THANK YOU DR TALBOTT

I'm so grateful my eye doctor recommended Sparrow Eyecare! I have a petite face, requiring smaller frames. They had an expansive selection and I was able to find two adorable and stylish frames. Natalie and Liliana were so helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I enjoyed my shopping experience immensely, which is a first because I often feel frustrated when I'm shopping for frames. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, instantly putting you at ease. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the whole experience a breeze. You feel not only like a valued patient but a valued person from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. I feel like there's hope again, and I owe it all to Dr. Talbott and her team. It's truly a special place.

Shanda was so sweet! Honestly, every single member of the staff here is amazing. And Dr. Talbot Is the best eye doctor I have ever seen And I have been wearing glasses for 25 years! She is so informative, and the whole staff is absolutely phenomenal with toddlers.

Dr. Talbott was warm, friendly, and professional. She really has a wonderful way of interacting with little kids (& their Mamas!) I was grateful to have another Mama check out my boys eyes- it's always nice to have someone who understands when they act a little squirrelly! Beautiful, clean facility, and fabulous medical care. Highly recommend Dr. Talbott & her team!
