This is my first time using Walmart vision center and I must say I was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of meeting Calvin who helped me with my glasses. He is very friendly and customer service oriented. He advised me of what my insurance covers and what is out of pocket expense. I am very satisfied with the service at this location. Tish was a big help when I went in to pick up my glasses. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this location if you want a great experience purchasing glasses.

Dr. Osborne was/is "The Bomb"! She was/is thorough, courteous, explanatory, and knowledgeable! Then i walked over to lenses and frames. Nelly and Tish were/are as wonderful as Dr Osborne! I don't recall the last time I had such a wonderful experience concerning eye wear!
I highly recommend this Walmart Vision Center! Everyone i came in contact with was/is sooo friendly. And all these Ladies are beautiful! They are beautiful inside and outside!

I have bought glasses and contacts from this location for 10 years. Everything here is about exceptional customer service. Yesterday, 3/1, Kathy helped me ring up my contacts order. I told her I would need to have an eye exam before my usual May date because of an impending surgery. She offered to help me start looking at frames. she was very helpful. We pre-selected three possible frames. She suggested I take selfies of me wearing them as a reminder. It was also great to see Jon still there who has been outstanding over many years. needless to say, I am big fan of this Walmart Eye Center.
This isn't my first positive review either.
