I have had several appointments and check ups, cataract surgery and other procedures done here at the Gold Eye Clinic. The doctors and entire staff are excellent at what they do. They are also so kind, caring, will pray for you, and eager to help you, especially with a smile. Their prayers and smiles say a lot to me... I feel blessed to have entrusted the Gold Eye Clinic to help me see better and take care of my eyes!!!

Mark Gold has done a terrific job with my cateracs surgery and after care. He is very compassionate and a man of God. His staff are top shelf people. Everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable at each individual job they do. They listen to you and address any questions you may have. During surgery they make sure you are very comfortable which was very important to me. So if you are needing any kind of eye surgery or just a new eye exam I would recommend Gold Eye Clinic.

Just had my first cataract surgery today and I am SO excited ! I can already see clearly from my left eye-colors are clearer and brighter and focus is excellent! Am excited to have Dr Su do the other eye in 2 weeks! 10 stars to him and all his staff-excellent clinic!

This was my first visit. Didn't know what to expect. Parking was readily available, office was very modern and comfortable, all employees were extremely helpful ful and professional. I was taken back ahead of listed appointment and I couldn't be happier with the treatment. My doctor was extremely personal, efficient and knowledgeable. He advised me of future procedures I would need but I would determine when I was ready. What A great experience!

I felt at ease and calm for my cataract surgery. I was nervous when I went it but even the receptionist helped calm me. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I can't express how much it meant to me that Dr.Su prayed with me before my surgery. I was so impressed with the whole experience.

My experience at Gold Eye Clinic was great! The staff were very good. Dr. Su was exceptional. All showed that they really care about your care.

Very grateful for how quickly they were able to get my 18-month-old in when she had an eye infection. Anytime my family has needed to be seen for eye emergencies, they've been so helpful about getting us in quickly. Everyone is always so friendly -- from the front desk to Dr. Su. We're so thankful to have such a great provider in our little community!

The woman at the front desk with the arm tattoos was extremely rude and clearly in need of better training. After calling multiple times, leaving voicemails days in advance requesting a callback from both locations, which I never received, being transferred between two locations, she finally answered and assured that my child's eyeglasses were there in Palestine. We drove over an hour to get to this office, taking my child out of school early(to be fitted for the glasses), only to be told upon arrival that the glasses were not there at all--they were actually at the location I had originally requested during our previous appointment. The lack of organization and communication was very disappointing. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of care or concern shown by the front staff. A front lady employee offered a brief apology and then looked away. Lady with arm tattoos refused to give a note for school or showed any accountability for the inconvenience caused. She gave blank stare with no emotion. We felt dismissed and as though we did not matter. My child told me in the car on the ride back. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and looking for new eye clinic. It is especially disappointing given that this is a Christian-based establishment, yet the behavior we encountered was of the devil. This review is for the front staff Palestine location. The doctor is phenomenal great man. However, the front office experience was unacceptable. Customers deserve respect--after all, they are the reason these businesses operate, and front staff it's the reason y'all got jobs. Lose customers, lose business.
