Elite Eye Care

Very pleasant experience with my first visit to this office. Greeted by a very friendly receptionist, then on to the Dr.s assistant, who was very nice. The Dr. Was awsome. She took her time and answered my questions, and explained what was going on, until i understood everything. I feel so comfortable, and believe im in the right place for exceptional eye care.

I made an appointment and gave all necessary information including my insurance which they apparently don't take anymore as of a month ago! No one notified me of until right after they did my appointment!! I was charged 110$ i feel like I should not have had to pay this. They should have made sure I was aware BEFORE the appointment! Why on earth would I pay 110$ when I get free exams !! The lady at the front desk brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. Crazy

The staff were very friendly and they worked hard to help me with my insurance. I had a piece of metal stuck in my eye. The Doctor had no problem removing it. And now less then 72 hours later I'm good as new. Thanks a bunch Elite eye care!

I will never go to any eye doctor, but Dr. LeBlanc! The staff is beyond helpful & professional. De. LeBlanc is very thorough & extremely knowledgeable. I most definitely recommend elite Eye Care!

I love these people. Got my in quickly when I needed a quick timely look at my eye. Found the problem and fixed it. They were kind and considerate of my circumstances and likely have saved me another appointment later. Definitely recommend them.

Went in and had a very up and down experience. Front desk lady was sweet as can be but one of the nurses tried to tell us to leave after i signed in telling us we werent allowed there without an appointment and refused to back off until another staff member told her too. They changed my one eyes prescription 2 times just so they could make the money off the contacts. I told them id wait for the right prescription to take a smple and they refused. $200 self pay and didnt even provide the service promised. They gave me the wrong prescription knowingly and then to top it off are forcing me to do buisness woth them or else i have to go pay another office in full to get a new prescription. This is our 4th time being screwed over by them

Came in to pampa as a worker , had an emergency, they took me in. Fast. Done what was needed. Staff was phenomenal. Very clean place. Eye exam was priced well. However looking at the frames was pricey. So I ended up getting mine on line for 3/4 the price an the frames I wanted. They make them in house except if you want transitions. Other than that . Fantastic place. An I'll be back if I'm ever at pampa again.
