I hate to leave a bad review, but I do not recommend this place to anyone. I came here to avoid the long drive to my prior eye dr. The staff were nice and polite, but the service was a completely waste of time and money. I had an appointment for 12pm and I was there until 2pm. 1 hour and a half was just me waiting for them to call me up. The eye test was done virtually with a technician, the staff told me soon I will speak with the dr to discuss lenses options etc. At no point during my 2 hours there was I given the opportunity to speak with the dr. When I was finally given my prescription, it was totally off. I've have the same rx for over 10 years, (-4.25 for both eyes). The rx that I was given here was (-5.25 and -4.75). I told staff that the rx was very off and they said they would have to make note to tell the dr and would have to be another appointment. Complete waste of time on a rx I will never use, and I have not even heard back from anyone as of today. They also did not give me an option to have a say on which contact lenses to get. I went to my prior eye dr. 2 days later, got an eye test done again, and continued with the rx of (-4.25). Do not recommend this place to anyone.

From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and his professionalism truly stood out. The service was impressively fast while still being thorough and attentive. Jordan took the time to clearly explain everything, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. When it came to choosing lenses and frames, he genuinely cared about helping me find what worked best for me--not just what was easiest or most expensive. That honesty and level of care meant so much. You can truly tell Jordan loves what he does and cares deeply about the people he helps. Thanks to him and the amazing team at Stanton Optical, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had getting my vision taken care of. I left feeling valued, confident, and extremely grateful. Highly recommend Stanton Optical--especially if you get the chance to work with Jordan!

today i went to get my eye examine and glasses ordered this people are so wonderful and very courteous and kind (Laura) was so excellent doing her job and nice ,thank you i was so glad that i went there .Keep up the great work each and everyone there at Americas Best on southmore in Pasadena. If you want awesome customer service. Above and beyond actually caring about your experience and need. Go to Jordan. He will make sure you're taken care of and will get what you need not to make sells but to provide good sincere service.

Had a great experience buying my Son's glasses here they help you out a lot. The guy that help me out Yordan really nice guy, excellent customer service gives really good prices. I would be returning there soon for contacts.

It was a big waste of time I was at this location for over an hour and a half with both of my kids. they took the eye exam told us to wait for the glasses to be ready in the staff come telling us that they have a problem the doctor told them that they have to retake the exam on both kids.what kind of crap is that. that was so wack I would never go at this location again it wasn't a staff it was the lame doctors both of them the the male doctor and a female doctor if they were both unprofessional I would not suggest anyone to go there. It's not the staff just the doctors. I should have went to American best eyeglasses from the start...smh

I went into this location today and was helped by two very helpful employees!!! I was quite worried do to an issue I was having with my vision and they made sure I was completely calm and all my questions asked besides I left the building! Thank you Amos and Dianna.! Will definitely be returning

Got my pair of glasses hear after YEARS of living the blind life. I'm so happy I came here. Ann helped me from the minute I stepped in until I picked them up. Definitely recommend to everyone. They have variety of customisation and options for your pair. They offer discounts too!!
