The office is always very clean and organized, and the staff is extremely sweet and helpful with anything you need. There's never a long wait, no matter how full the lobby may look. Dr. Prough is phenomenal with children and incredibly patient, and the staff is just as wonderful when working with kids. Prescription fulfillment was handled efficiently as well. I highly recommend this optometrist office for everyone!

I called late in the day and was throughly impressed with the sweet lady I spoke with on the phone. My husband had a piece of metal in his eye so it was more of an emergency situation. Even being late in the day they took great care of him, giving him knowledge of what to do/not do and getting him asap to remove it. So very thankful our paths crossed and we had such a great experience with this eye doc!

I drove into town because I received a text that my glasses were ready just to be told I have wait in the line of 10 other people just to be handed glasses that I already paid and waited for before. I understand there are processes that businesses need to follow but there should be expectations set to bring awareness that a simple glasses pickup will take 45 minutes when it should be a quick 5 minute or less. Maybe I'm crazy and don't know the process, but at my last glasses place they mailed my glasses to me. So this all seems very odd. This will be the last time I order from here as the convenience and pricing is not worth the purchase. Unfortunately because proper expectations were not set within the first visit or in the text, I had to leave and will have to drive back in another day.

Quick and easy online booking where you can add your insurance info after booking the appointment (or you can call them). Every staff member was friendly and kind. My 6 yr old's appointment was booked with Dr. Thomas Vielma. He was kind and very thorough. He made my daughter laugh quite a few times and held a conversation with her while he examined her eyes. She felt comfortable the whole time, even though her eyes are very sensitive to light. Dr. Vielma distracted her by talking her through the bright-lighted moments! We have EyeMed vision insurance, which they accept. It was a $10 copay for the eye exam and $39 for dilation of the eyes. While we waited for her eyes to dilate, she picked out her frames (just in case she needed glasses). They have cute kid frames to choose from. She chose a hello kitty pair and a light pink pair! I couldn't afford the transition lenses (insurance wasn't much help for that cost), but we did add on the anti glare and blue light filter. Glasses should arrive in 2 weeks! It was smooth and easy process for my daughter! Thank you to the excellent Optometrist, Dr. Vielma, and his staff for the great experience.

The staff and doctors deserve 5 stars! They are awesome.
The building is clean and they have a wide variety of frames.
My 2 star rating is very generous for the worse lenses I have ever owned in the 30 years of wearing glasses. The first pair of Ray Bans I purchased had transition lenses and I thought they went bad because of that. $750 down the drain. The next pair went bad just as quick ( non transition). In just a few months, I can barely see through them. Like I said, I've worn glasses for 30 years so I do know how to care for them. These lenses scratched up using the best care.
