i feel bad leaving a bad review for this place because i really loved the doctor and had a great experience here but i've been trying to pick up my contacts (that i already paid for) for over a month and every time i get there the door is locked they are closed despite the business hours being on the door and when you call it says they only take lunch from 1-2 so im not sure why exactly they've been closed every time i make the drive here to get my contacts.

Took 3 of my kiddos today for their routine eye exam, the staff was friendly and very nice as always, the doctor was eager to answer all my questions. We were seen before our appointment time which was great. Will continue to bring my kids here year after year.

How this place could get more than a one star review blows my mind . Office girls are the only reason for one star . The dr. Would get zero stars! He rushed everything . Did very minimal testing . Explained nothing ! I left feeling worse than when I came in . Made an appointment only because my normal office was closed . Today I went to my usual Dr. And they did all the tests necessary and explained the things Dr. Richardson had overlooked ! Very poor experience . I would not recommend this place ever, to anyone !

As I made my appointment gave my child's birthdate I wasn't told she to young for the visit, pulled her out of school for this appointment. Was denied a doctors note for her school. Doctor did not communicate with me at all while looking at my son, as if I wasn't even in the room. Found it very unprofessional as my son is 9. Only went here for my kids insurance as their normal place stopped accepting it, which was a awesome place to go and doctors there are very friendly and communicate very well over the phone and in person

Got an appointment here very quickly after having an object fly into my eye. The doctor was horrible. He was extremely rough, did not tell me ANYTHING he was doing, and did not tell me what was wrong with my eye. He also gave me an extremely dirty look after he rolled his chair straight into my knees, like it was my fault. When he asked how my eye was feeling at the end of the exam, I said "it feels better after you put the numming drops in there." His exact response was "yeah well those are only going to last another ten minutes so you'll be on your own after that." Then the office proceeded to charge me 180 dollars, even though the doctor admitted he could not find anything in my eye.
I immediately went and got a second opinion (where I only paid 24 dollars) and was told I had coronial abrasions all across the top of my eye.
