I've been seeing Dr. Rahman for four years, and he's truly worth the 40-minute drive. He's thorough, patient, and never makes me feel rushed. He always explains everything clearly and makes sure I feel confident about my eye health. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye doctor.

Today I had an excellent appointment with Dr. Bhakta at Texas Eyecare and Optical in Richmond. After discussing my symptoms and vision issues, she prescribed the correct contact lens prescription, and I can see comfortably and clearly now. It's such a relief to have contacts that actually feel right and improve my vision without discomfort. She took the time to listen and made sure I had the best prescription for me. I highly recommend Dr. Bhakta and her office.

I am very disappointed with the level of service here. The accuracy of information provided seems to depend entirely on who is working at the front desk, which reflects a lack of consistency and professionalism. There appears to be little to no customer service etiquette, and I experienced issues with staff misreading prescription details. I visited the office solely to change my frames and paid out of pocket for the service. However, I was given the wrong prescription, despite the fact that my correct prescription was already on file from when I previously purchased lenses through them. This raised concerns about their attention to detail and service quality. What was even more concerning was the response from the 'actual' doctor, who did not take steps to resolve the issue. Instead, the matter was deferred to assistants who lacked the necessary expertise, and I was asked to pay additional fees rather than being offered a resolution. Overall, my experience felt more financially driven than service-oriented. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I have had a great experience here, the staff is friendly, and Dr Rehman is great.
