I had a very bad experience with the owner of this business today. When I received my glasses, I noticed that the cut of one of the lenses was very uneven and it was popping out of the frame. I was afraid that the Lena's would pop off. I calmly explained to her that it looked very awkward, and it looked like the Mende wasn't sitting right on the right side of the frame. (I swear it was so bad that it looked like bottle cap on the right side. Mind you, my vision is not even that bad for it to look so thick.) You could clearly see that the problem was simple that it was cut incorrectly And could have easily been fixed. Even though I was not being rude about it, she seemed extremely bothered because of a simple mistake that could've easily been corrected. She claimed she couldn't see anything wrong with them. She offered to refund me and laughed it off. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional. All I wanted was for her to fix them for me. Never again will I invest in a pair of glasses or lenses with that woman. She did a horrible job and was extremely rude! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Been with them for years, even when they were in Mx. Glad they moved to Rio, never have had a bad experience here, always very polite and professional. Always have my color and Rx available Thank you

Very friendly staff and cheaper prescription glasses than other places. Contacts are affordable, especially for someone that only wears them occasionally like me.

BS contacts. Not spending my money here ever again. My brother had the same issue with them. We see everything blurry.

Personal muy amable, pues a pesar de cerrar a las 6:00 pm por circunstancias no podia llegar antes de la hora de cerrar y muy amables me esperaron para entregarme mis lentes, gracias .
